Resumo: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of lime and biofertilizer Supermagro on quality and yeld of pineapple ‘Perola’. The treatments were three rates (0, 50 and 100% of the recommended for pH 5.5) of dolomitic lime and three concentrations of biofertilizer (0, 5 and 10%). The results showed that the use of lime did not affect fruit size without crown, fruit mass with and with out crown, total soluble solids, pH, titratable acidity, total soluble solid and titratable acidity ratio of the pulp, and yeld, but fruit size with crown diameters of the fruit and the contents N, P, Zn, Mn and Mg present in the leaf. The use of biofertilizer affected only the Zn present in the leaves. On the other hand, contrasts indicated that intermediate doses of lime and fertilizer, showed a trend of increase of average in most variables, especially in yeld. Present in leaf N presented a positive and significant correlation with fruit size with and without crown, fruit mass with crown, total soluble solids and titratable acidity of the pulp, and productivity, and Ca, with basal and medial fruit diameter.

O estudo teve como objetivo avaliar o efeito do uso de calcário e do biofertilizante Supermagro na qualidade e produtividade do abacaxizeiro ‘Pérola’. Os tratamentos utilizados foram três doses de calcário dolomítico (0, 50 e 100% da dose recomendada para pH 5,5) e três concentrações de biofertilizante (0, 5 e 10%). Os resultados demonstraram, nas condições do presente estudo, que o uso do calcário influenciou o tamanho do fruto com coroa, os diâmetros do fruto e os teores de N, P, Zn, Mn e Mg presentes na folha; entretanto não influenciou o tamanho do fruto sem coroa, massa do fruto com e sem coroa, teores de sólidos solúveis totais, pH, acidez titulável total, relação sólidos solúveis totais e acidez titulável total da polpa, e rendimento. O uso do biofertilizante teve efeito no Zn presente nas folhas. Por outro lado, os contrastes indicaram que doses intermediárias de calcário e biofertilizante apresentaram uma tendência de aumento das médias na maioria das variáveis, principalmente no rendimento. O N presente na folha apresentou correlação positiva e significativa com tamanho de fruto com e sem coroa, massa do fruto com coroa, sólidos solúveis totais e acidez titulável total da polpa, e rendimento; e o Ca, com os diâmetros basal e mediano do fruto.  Departamento de Diagnóstico e Pesquisa Agropecuária.
