Resumo: Objective: To validate na assistance instrument for patients with venous ulcer. Method: This is a methodological study, of type contente validation. The items of the instrument were elucidated through the application of the Delphi Technique. The content validation process was performed by thirteen specialists. For data analysis, the agrément rate and contente validity index ≥ 0.80 were applied. Results: The categories judged by the experts in the validation process indicated high reliability and agrément. The analysis made by the judges contributed to the validation of a clear, objective and operational instrument insofar as they suggested changes and insertions of evaluation items. Conclusion: The instrument showed evidence of validity of content contributing to the standardization of the nursing consultation of health institutions that provide assistance to patients with chronic wounds.

Os itens do instrumento foram elucidados por meio da aplicação da Técnica Delphi. O processo de validação de conteúdo foi realizado por treze especialistas. Para análise dos dados foram aplicados a taxa de concordância e índice de validade de conteúdo ≥ 0,80. Resultados: As categorias julgadas pelos especialistas no processo de validação indicaram alta confiabilidade e concordância. A análise feita pelos juízes contribuiu na validação de um instrumento claro, objetivo e operacional na medida em que sugeriram mudanças e inserções de itens de avaliação.
