É uma abordagem que relembra todo o instituto da prescrição seja da pretensão punitiva quanto da executória. Enfrenta o tema da prescrição em perspectiva com a análise dos pontos positivos e negativos quanto a aplicação do instituto em exame, segundo a opinião o autor. Discute o tema com o apoio de grandes doutrinadores para se chegar a conclusão de que a sua aplicação é extremamente melhor do que o repúdio ao instituto.The limitation period in perspective: positive and negative aspects. 2008. 62 P. It is an approach that reminds all the office of the prescription as the pretense punitive and enforceable. It faces the theme of perspective prescription with the analysis of the positive and negative points as the application of the Office in question.
