Resumo: During the interview with professor doctor Silvia Sell Duarte Pillotto, we reflected on concerns and perceptions of what it means to be teacher, using as a reference the aesthetic experiences, affection and relationships in their educational experiences. The interview in dialogue format, exposes our concerns in the daily life of being and being a teacher, seeking to contemplate the educational field, the look at the visual arts educator and educators. Our concerns are related to a teacher’s formation, into the perspective of the three educators that are part of this research. Worried about our educational program and the composition of an art teacher, our reflections are directed to the potentional aesthetic experimentations that guides a teacher. It gives body and voice to this interview, the sensitive dialogue and the visions about teacher-training, teacher-school, teacher-sensitivity and aesthetics in experiments, in the composition of their training and research, crossing our affections and teachers and researchers active in the school spaces in which we operate.

La entrevista en formato de diálogo,  expone nuestras inquietudes en el cotidiano del ser docente,  buscando contemplar el campo educativo, la mirada al  educador de artes visuales y a los educadores en su conjunto.  Nuestras inquietudes están relacionadas con la formación de  un docente, desde la perspectiva de los tres educadores que forman parte de esta investigación. Preocupados por nuestra  formación y la composición de la enseñanza del arte, nuestras  reflexiones se basan en el potencial de los experimentos  estéticos en la composición de un docente. Dan cuerpo y voz a esta entrevista, el diálogo sensible y las miradas sobre la  formación docente, la docente-escuela, la docente-sensibilidad  y la estética en los experimentos, en la composición de su  formación e investigación, atravesando nuestros afectos y procesualidades, en la búsqueda. componernos docentes e  investigadores activos en los espacios escolares en los que  operamos. Na entrevista realizada com a professora doutora Silvia Sell Duarte Pillotto, refletimos sobre inquietações e percepções ao se compor professora, tendo como referência as experiências estéticas, o afeto e as relações nas suas vivências educacionais. A entrevista em formato de diálogos, expõe nossas inquietações no cotidiano de ser e estar professor, buscando contemplar o campo educacional, o olhar para o educador das artes visuais e educadores como um todo. Nossas inquietações estão relacionadas à formação de um professor, a partir da perspectiva dos três educadores que fazem parte dessa pesquisa. Preocupados com nossa formação e a composição da docência em arte, nossas reflexões estão pautadas na potência para as experimentações estéticas ao compor um professor.
