Teacher’s mediation in literature readers in training: official and academic speeches

Resumo: Public and private campaigns to encourage reading, the increase in academic research and book publications and periodicals allocating spaces to discuss the formation of readers and literature teach in school and beyond, has supported the effort and stay for the construction of the fostering proposals of reading in Brazil. Also, this direction, public policy has been intensifying and taking advantage of everyone’s commitment to present new paradigms to the concepts and practices of reading in school, causing the reorganization in traditional routines of literature teaching in the curriculum and in classroom activities and, above all, training and teacher praxis. Thus, reflecting on this context of changes in the school, the literature teaching and especially the role that the teacher should admit on the need to form readers, this article intends to show how the oficial and scholars speeches explicit the “new” teacher`s function when assume the role of mediator and articulator of the reading literary at school.

Também, nessa esteira, as políticas públicas vêm se intensificando e se valendo do empenho de todos para apresentar novos paradigmas às concepções e práticas de leitura na escola, provocando a reorganização nas rotinas tradicionais do ensino de literatura nos currículos e nas atividades da sala de aula, e, sobretudo, na formação e na praxis do professor.
