Resumo: | This study has as its goal to identify the romantic poetics in the work of the english writer Percy Shelley, more specifically in his poem “To a skylark”, whose poetic-self When watching the bird and its song and become marveled, defines which should be the characteristics of a poet and his art, as well his relation with the nature. With this purpose, one used the notions about romantic inclination of Georges Gusdorf (1984), to whom the romantic period is focused absolutely in the “self”, and Benedito Nunes (2013), which advocate the sacralization ot nature by the romantic perspective, likewise the enviroment identification and rejection possibilities by the individual. Thereby, the used methodology was the conotative possibilities analysis of the words of the poem according to Moisés (1969), in order to establish a dialogue with the theory then. One could, by the end of this study, to recompose the Shelley’s idealized part of the poet and his art as a subject invested of divine features, endowed with fertile creativity, also capable of make nature around him more beautiful and inspire feelings of empathy and compassion in his readers and listeners. |

Para ello, utilizamos nociones sobre la tendencia romántica de Georges Gusdorf (1984), para quien el período romántico se centra absolutamente en el “yo”, y Benedito Nunes (2013), quien aboga por la sacralización de la naturaleza a través de la visión romántica. así como las posibilidades de identificación y rechazo del entorno por parte del individuo. Así, la metodología utilizada fue el análisis de las posibilidades connotativas de las palabras del poema según Moisés (1969), para luego establecer un diálogo con la teoría. Al final del estudio, fue posible reconstruir el papel idealizado por Shelley del poeta y su arte como un individuo dotado de rasgos divinos, dotado de una fértil creatividad, además de ser capaz de embellecer y hacer más bella la naturaleza que lo rodea. inspirando sentimientos de empatía y compasión en lectores y oyentes.Este estudo tem por objetivo identificar a poética romântica na obra do escritor inglês Percy Shelley, mais especificamente em seu poema “To a skylark”, em que o eu-poético, ao observar o pássaro e seu canto e admirar-se, define quais deveriam ser as características de um poeta e sua arte, bem como sua relação com a natureza. Com essa finalidade, empregaram-se noções sobre a tendência romântica de Georges Gusdorf (1984), para quem o período romântico é focado absolutamente no “eu”, e Benedito Nunes (2013), que preconiza a sacralização da natureza pela visão romântica, bem como as possibilidades de identificação e de rejeição do meio ambiente pelo indivíduo. Desse modo, a metodologia empregada foi a análise das possibilidades conotativas das palavras do poema, de acordo com Moisés (1969), para então estabelecer um diálogo com a teoria.
