A psychoanalytic reading of teenage pregnancy

Resumo: Pregnancy and adolescence are both experienced in different ways in differents social and cultural contexts. It is from the family constitution that the teenager will feel like a woman in some groups. We wish to understand the desire through pregnancy and the place occupied by the child in the maternal imaginary, thus comprehending which familiar ego ideas were built around the sonship and in their lives. We conducted semi-structured interviews and confection of the Family Time Line with 6 pregnant women aged 14 to 18 years. The analysis showed us the pregnancy in adolescence as a desire and a possibility of social ascension. The son brings the hope of rebuilding the children's experiences of the interviewees and the feeling of security and unbreakable bond. Therefore, we affirm the need for a reformulation in social projects for the low-income population, which sees the teenagers globally, making possible the autonomy and reflections.

A partir de la constitución familiar que la adolescente se sentirá mujer en determinados grupos. Queremos entender el deseo por el embarazo y el lugar ocupado por el hijo en el imaginario materno, comprendiendo así que ideales del Yo familiar fueron constituidos en la filiación y como se construyeron en sus vidas. Hicimos entrevistas semidirigidas y elaboramos la Línea del Tiempo Familiar con 6 gestantes de 14 a 18 años. El análisis mostró el embarazo en la adolescencia como deseo legítimo y una posibilidad de ascensión social. El hijo trae la esperanza de reconstrucción de las vivencias infantiles y la seguridad de un vínculo firme. Con eso, reafirmamos la necesidad de reformulación en los proyectos sociales para la población de baja renta, que tengan en cuenta a los jóvenes globalmente, posibilitándoles autonomía y reflexión.Tanto a gestação quanto a adolescência são vividas de diferentes formas nos diversos contextos sociais e culturais. A partir da constituição familiar que a adolescente se sentirá mulher em determinados grupos. Buscamos entender o desejo pela gestação e o lugar ocupado pelo filho no imaginário materno, e assim, compreender quais ideias de ego familiar constituíram-se em torno da filiação e como se construíram em suas vidas. Para isso, realizamos entrevistas semidirigidas e elaboramos uma Linha do Tempo Familiar com seis gestantes de 14 a 18 anos. A análise destas nos mostrou a gestação na adolescência como um desejo e uma possibilidade de ascensão social. O filho traz a esperança da reconstrução das vivências infantis das entrevistadas e a sensação de segurança e vínculo inabalável.
