"É só uma gripezinha": a emergência dos discursos da necropolítica em tempos de pandemia

Resumo: Abstract: Based on some statements such as “IT'S JUST A LITTLE FLU”, we aim, equipped by the theoretical and analytical devices of Discourse Analysis, elaborated by Michel Pêcheux in France and developed in Brazil by Eni P. Orlandi, in the first moment, to establish dialogues with the concepts of Michel Foucault (Biopolitics and Biopower) and Achille Mbembe (Necropolitics), in order to demonstrate how, in the speeches of former President Bolsonaro, the State’s sovereign power is sometimes manifested, under the Biopolitical bias (politics on life ), acting on the lives of the masses. In the second moment, we want to pay attention to the speeches about the pandemic moment we are experiencing and its possible consequences on the lives of workers, children and underserved populations, through the exercise of power over the lives of the people, to whom the policies of life and death, established by the State in the Bolsonaro’s government.

Orlandi, no primeiro momento, estabelecer diálogos com os conceitos de Michel Foucault (Biopolítica e Biopoder) e Achille Mbembe (Necropolítica), afim de demonstrar como, nos discursos do ex-presidente Bolsonaro, em alguns momentos é manifestado o poder de soberania do Estado, sob o viés Biopolítico (política sobre a vida), agindo sobre a vida das massas.
