“This round table is squared”: democratic management in the context of bourgeois democracy

Resumo: This paper aims to present some observations about the concept of democratic management and its meaning in the context of education policies. The notes presented imply clarifying which management and which democracy is spoken about, so as not to run the common risk of writing in the void. To that end, the concepts of hegemony and democracy of the Prison Notebooks, by Antonio Gramsci, is recovered, in order to emphasize that an effective democracy implies overcoming the millenarian separation between leaders and led.   Keywords: Democracy. Las notas presentadas implican aclarar de qué gestión y de qué democracia se habla, para no correr el riesgo común de escribir en el vacío. Para ello, se retoman los conceptos de hegemonía y democracia de los Cuadernos de la Cárcel, de Antonio Gramsci, para acentuar que una democracia efectiva implica la superación de la separación milenar entre dirigentes y dirigidos.   Palabras clave: Democracia. Gestión. Gestión democrática. Gramsci.Este artigo objetiva apresentar algumas observações sobre o conceito de gestão democrática e seu significado no contexto das políticas educacionais. As notas apresentadas implicam esclarecer de qual gestão e de qual democracia se fala, para não correr o risco comum de escrever no vazio.
