Resumo: | This research has as its object of study the continuing education project of the State Secretariat for Education and Sport of Paraná (SEED-PR). Its objective is to list the characteristics of the training projects made available on the Secretariat’s website and to establish relationships between training and the (im)possibilities of development and teacher appreciation. The documentary research was conducted on the website of the public education network in Paraná in 2022. It is concluded that the materials and content made available materialize the standardization of teacher training through digital platforms and strategies of training content in Paraná. The evidence triggers the precariousness of continuing training and its disconnection with professional development and teacher appreciation. Although continuing training is part of professional development, when it assumes a standard and transmissive perspective, the connotation that is given to the teaching training process distances itself from the possibility of study and reflection on the part of teachers. Valorization of teaching.Esta investigación tiene como objeto de estudio el proyecto de formación continua de la Secretaría de Estado de la Educación y del Deporte de Paraná, Brasil (SEED-PR). Su objetivo es enumerar las características de los proyectos de formación disponibles en el sitio web de la Secretaría y establecer relaciones entre la formación y las (im)posibilidades de desarrollo y valorización docente. La investigación documental fue realizada en el sitio web de la red pública de enseñanza de Paraná en el año 2022. Se concluye que los materiales y contenidos puestos a disposición concretan la estandarización de la formación docente por medio de plataformas digitales y estrategias de contenidos formativos en Paraná. Las evidencias desencadenan la precariedad de la educación continua y su desconexión con el desarrollo profesional y la valorización docente. Aunque la formación continua integre el desarrollo profesional, cuando ella asume una perspectiva estandarizada y transmisiva, la connotación que se le da al proceso de formación docente se dista mucho de la posibilidad de estudio y reflexión por parte de los docentes. Valoración docente.Esta pesquisa tem como objeto de estudo o projeto de formação continuada da Secretaria de Estado da Educação e do Esporte do Paraná (SEED-PR). Seu objetivo é elencar as características dos projetos formativos disponibilizados no site da Secretaria e estabelecer relações entre a formação e as (im)possibilidades de desenvolvimento e valorização docente. A pesquisa documental foi realizada no site da rede pública de ensino paranaense no ano de 2022. Conclui-se que os materiais e os conteúdos disponibilizados concretizam a padronização da formação docente por meio de plataformas digitais e de estratégias dos conteúdos formativos no Paraná. As evidências deflagram a precarização da formação continuada e sua desconexão com o desenvolvimento profissional e a valorização docente. Embora a formação continuada integre o desenvolvimento profissional, quando ela assume uma perspectiva padronizada e transmissiva, a conotação que se dá ao processo formativo docente se distancia da possibilidade de estudo e reflexão por parte dos professores.
