Resumo: DOI: https://doi.org/10.1590/2179-8966/2023/73873    Resumo O artigo revisita a trajetória teórica e epistemológica do pós-estruturalismo e movimentos decorrentes sobre a produção discursiva da identidade e da diferença, com o objetivo de oferecer outras ferramentas de análise das demandas concretas de sujeitos e grupos por reconhecimento e direitos na atualidade. Ao focar na práxis e nas estratégias discursivas dos sujeitos racializados, generificados e hifenizados, percebe-se que tal abordagem contribui para identificar e problematizar opressões muitas vezes alheias à gramática tradicional do direito oficial. Palavras-chave: Identidade; Diferença; Discurso; Pós-estruturalismo.   AbstractThe article revisits the theoretical and epistemological trajectory of post-structuralism and resulting movements on the discursive production of identity and difference, with the aim of offering other tools for analyzing the concrete demands of subjects and groups for recognition and rights today. By focusing on the praxis and discursive strategies of racialized, gendered and hyphenated subjects, it is clear that such an approach contributes to identifying and problematizing oppressions that are often unfamiliar to the traditional grammar of official law.    Keywords: Identity.
