Para tanto, percorre em formato ensaístico os temas mais destacados que estruturam o pensamento hegeliano, sob a ótica dos Princípios da Filosofia do Direito.Palavras-chave: Princípios da Filosofia do Direito; Hegel; Crítica da Filosofia do Direito (1843).AbstractThis article intends to contribute to an elementary apprehension of the Hegelian conception of the freedom, State and Right, creating an interpretative environment to those who propose to themselves the study of the Marxian production in 1840s, more precisely, the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right (1843).
