Aprendizagem significativa e transdisciplinaridade no ensino fundamental – educação, trabalho e empreendedorismo

Resumo: | The research was based on meaningful learning and investigated the relationships with knowledge in the teaching-learning processes from a transdisciplinary perspective, with a focus on education, work and entrepreneurship in the final phase of Elementary School II. In this way, he investigated how the students of the 9th years of the Colégio Municipal Dom Ottorino Zanon in Penedo prepared for the world of work, from a teaching project aimed at entrepreneurship. The survey named school statistical data; assessed reflected doing, developed the curriculum based on the student's reality; it provided opportunities for transdisciplinary pedagogical practices, as it linked them to critical human training by linking theory and practice. Peer learning took place in the mediation of the teacher, in activities where the student made choices and made discoveries through research. The student sought to solve problems, was guided by scripts and discussed the stages of learning. The students identified various professions through surveys, technical visits and workshops in the ―Week of Professions‖. The theoretical basis addressed authors such as Ausubel (1980), Castells (1999) and Moran (2013), who supported the investigation. The participant-observation methodology emphasized the qualitative and quantitative perspective in everyday life, thus understanding the different meanings that emerged from student participation. The results obtained after the development of the project and use of the app products Minha Escolha, corroborated for the students to undertake their life project, small businesses and to articulate the practice with scientific knowledge in a possible professional choice. Guidance on the possibilities of training, entrepreneurship and work favored greater autonomy in future choices. The data collected signaled positive impacts after participating in the project and interacting with the product. In the evaluation and analysis of the results, we verified that the student interest increased, the disapproved and the dropout dropped at the end of the 9th year. |

Desse modo, averiguou como os alunos dos 9º anos do Colégio Municipal Dom Ottorino Zanon em Penedo se prepararam para o mundo do trabalho, a partir de um projeto de ensino voltado ao empreendedorismo. A pesquisa nomeou dados estatísticos escolares; avaliou o fazer refletido, desenvolveu o currículo a partir da realidade do aluno; oportunizou práticas pedagógicas transdisciplinares, pois às articulou à formação humana crítica ao ligar teoria e prática. A aprendizagem entre pares se deu na mediação do professor, em atividades onde o aluno fez escolhas e protagonizou descobertas por pesquisa. O aluno buscou a resolução de problemas, orientou-se por roteiros e discutiu as etapas de aprendizagem. Os estudantes identificaram várias profissões por meio de pesquisas, visitas técnicas e oficinas na Semana das Profissões. A fundamentação teórica abordou autores como Ausubel (1980), Castells (1999) e Moran (2013), que sustentaram a investigação. A metodologia da observação participante acentuou a perspectiva quali-quantitativa no cotidiano, assim foram compreendidos os diferentes sentidos que emergiram da participação discente. Os resultados obtidos após o desenvolvimento do projeto e uso do produto app Minha Escolha, corroborou para os alunos empreenderem seu projeto de vida, pequenos negócios e articularem a prática ao conhecimento científico numa possível escolha profissional. A orientação sobre as possibilidades de formação, empreendedorismo e trabalho, favoreceu maior autonomia em escolhas futuras. Os dados coletados sinalizaram impactos positivos após a participação no projeto e interação com o produto.
