The present work is the result of a report about a learning resource in cardiology, entitled Cardiology in the Air, and that aims to develop an educational game with interactive resources for the medical field. The game was built using the PHP + Javascript programming language and had a multidisciplinary team for its production. The methodology of construction was based on applied research, of technological production, having its theoretical referent focused on the concept of gamification in education and the importance of the serious game in the permanent education in health. The game has responsive design and can be accessed by computer, Tablet and cell phones. The clinical cases were elaborated by students of the medical course of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), under the guidance of cardiologists attending the Dr. Carlos Alberto Studart Gomes Hospital in Messejana and working in Telecardiology at the Technical Nucleus of Telehealth of the Federal University Of Ceará. The validation of the game proposed here was effected through the application of an online questionnaire with physicians and occurred in two stages, in order to correct possible errors in the system. The situations available in the game address the following themes: Systemic Arterial Hypertension, Blockade and Heart Failure. Finally, it is hoped that, in the near future, the game will become an in-service training tool for physicians
