Prospecting the Types of Patents Generated for the Development of Electrochemical Treatment Technologies and Heterogeneous Photocatalysis in the Remediation of Effluent Ice Cream Production

Resumo: Wirth a view to promoting a mapping of the work related to the use of electrochemical and / or photocatalytic processes in the remediation of effluents from the production of ice cream or any other milk derivative, patent banks (INPI, PI, WIPO, EPO and Lens) were used. (indexed journals), in order to clarify the scientific and technological tendencies imposed on this means of production. It was identified the leadership of China and EUA in both scientific and patent production on the subject. Countries like Brazil, New Zealand and India have been identified as good scientific developers, despite the modest technological production. Most of the patents identified with the subject are classified under codes C02F, BO9B and C04B. These data point to an opportunity for investments in research and development to generate technological innovation in this area.

These data point to an opportunity for investments in research and development to generate technological innovation in this area.Visando a promover um mapeamento dos trabalhos relacionados ao uso de processos eletroquímicos e/ou fotocatalíticos na remediação de efluentes da produção de sorvetes ou qualquer outro derivado do leite, este trabalho utilizou bancos de patentes (INPI, PI, WIPO, EPO e Lens) e de artigos (Periódicos indexados), de forma a esclarecer as tendências científicas e tecnológicas impostas a esse meio de produção. Identificou a liderança da China e EUA tanto na produção científica quanto na patentária em relação ao tema. Países, como Brasil, Nova Zelândia e Índia foram identificados como bons desenvolvedores científicos, apesar da modesta produção tecnológica. A maior parte das patentes identificadas com o tema está classificada com os códigos C02F, BO9B e C04B.
