Overview of Metrics and Parameters of Entrepreneurship, its Evolution and Patent Assessment – RSL

Resumo: Entrepreneurship is the continual pursuit of implementing businesses that meet the needs of the population. The world, its people, and businesses are constantly evolving. Therefore, this study aims to present a systematic literature review on the metrics and parameters of entrepreneurship, its evolution, and patent mapping. A total of 2,283 articles were obtained through the Scopus system, utilizing Biblioshiny for data processing, identifying 4,007 keywords, including the main ones: entrepreneurship, human capital, innovation, and sustainability. Technological patent assessment was conducted in the worldwide Espacenet database using Orbit, identifying 799 patent families. There was a noticeable shift in the focus of the theme from economics to sustainability and innovation. Despite limited research on education, it remains an important factor for the future of entrepreneurship. Regarding patents, there has been an increase in filings in recent years, especially in the field of information technology. Despite extensive research on sustainability, no patents were found in this area.

O mundo, as pessoas e os negócios vêm se transformando constantemente e, por isso, este estudo objetiva apresentar uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre as métricas e parâmentros do empreendedorismo, sua evolução e mapeamento patentário. Foram obtidos 2.283 artigos por meio do sistema scopus, usando o biblioshiny para tratamento desses dados, identificando 4.007 palavras-chave, sendo as principais empreendedor, capital humano, inovação e sustentabilidade. A prospecção tecnólogica de patentes foi realizada na base worldwide da Espacenet, por meio do Orbit, verificando 799 famílias. Observou-se migração do tema em economia para sustentabilidade e inovação e, apesar de educação ter baixa pesquisa, é fator importante para o futuro do empreendedorismo.
