Resumo: | This article is a research report developed in the Master’s Degree in Social and Institutional Psychology and its theme is the ramifications of the emptiness on a path through the world of work. The writing of narratives of the daily work operated to open questions about the (im)possibility of doing psychology in a place full of contradictions about the meaning of what the work itself should be there. Through the creation of a character, someone, it seeks to touch on a topic that has no definite boundary, it is more about of an atmosphere, a felt-meaning. The invention of someone is the artifice for the experimentation of lives that are not limited to that lived in the first person by the researcher, allowing the passage through an impersonal place, a place as indeterminate as someone, that makes it possible to think about things that are not hidden, but neither are they visible. The emptiness of meaning experienced in the daily work opens in images/scenes that, when recounted in the written form, transform the emptiness into experience. |

Este artículo es un relato de la investigación desarrollada en el Máster en Psicología Social y Institucional y tiene como tema las ramificaciones del vacío en un camino por el mundo del trabajo. La escritura de las narraciones del trabajo cotidiano operó para abrir interrogantes sobre la (im)posibilidad de hacer psicología en un lugar lleno de contradicciones sobre el significado de lo que debería ser el propio trabajo allí. A través de la creación de un personaje, alguien, se ha buscado tocar un problema que no tiene un contorno definido, es más una atmósfera, un felt-meaning. La invención de alguien es el artificio para la experimentación de vidas que no se limitan a la vivida en primera persona por la investigadora, permitiendo el passo por un lugar impersonal, un lugar tan indeterminado como alguien, que posibilita pensar en cosas que no están ocultas, sino tampoco son visibles. El vacío de sentido vivido en el trabajo diario se abre en imágenes/escenas que, narradas de forma escrita, transforman el vacío en experiencia. Este artigo tem como tema os sentidos do trabalho e o lugar da psicologia em um órgão público voltado para a qualificação profissional e a geração de emprego e renda. A escrita de narrativas do cotidiano de trabalho operou a função de abrir questões sobre a (im)possibilidade do fazer psicologia em um lugar repleto de contradições sobre os sentidos do que ali deveria ser o próprio trabalho. Por meio da criação de um personagem denominado “alguém”, buscou-se tocar em um problema que não tem contorno nítido e que só poderia ser definido, segundo Kastrup e Passos, como uma atmosfera, um ‘felt-meaning’. A invenção de alguém é o artifício para a experimentação de vidas que não se limitam àquela vivida em primeira pessoa pelas pesquisadoras, permitindo a passagem por um lugar impessoal, lugar tão indeterminado quanto alguém, que possibilita pensar sobre o que não está oculto, mas tampouco é visível. O vazio de sentido vivenciado no cotidiano de trabalho se abre em imagens/cenas que, narradas na forma escrita, transformam o vazio em experiência.
