Summary: In this paper, we present results of research, which had as objective analyze interpretations proposed by hermeneuts in the STF, when this tribunal, exercising the concentrated control of constitutionality of the LC 135/2010, assessed the validity of the said law, for alleged affront to the Principle of the Proportionality/Reasonableness. To this end, we examined the ADC’s 29 and 30 and the ADI 4.578, mobilizing theoretical postulates of the Discourse Analysis. At the end of the trial of these actions, the STF came to the conclusion that the LC 135/2010 not violated the Principle of the Proportionality/Reasonableness.

At the end of the trial of these actions, the STF came to the conclusion that the LC 135/2010 not violated the Principle of the Proportionality/Reasonableness.En este trabajo presentamos los resultados de una investigación que tuvo como uno de sus objetivos analizar construcciones interpretativas propuestas por hermeneutas en el STF, cuando esa Corte, ejerciendo el control concentrado de constitucionalidad de LC 135/2010, evaluó la validez de la referida ley por supuesto agravio a los Principios de Proporcionalidad y Razonabilidad. El punto de partida fue el análisis de las ADC’s 29 y 30 y de la ADI 4578, tomando como referencia los principios teóricos del Análisis del Discurso. Al concluir el juzgamiento de esas acciones, el STF llegó a la conclusión de que la LC 135/2010 no infringió los Principios de Proporcionalidad y Razonabilidad.Neste trabalho, apresentamos resultados de pesquisa, que teve como um dos objetivos analisar construções interpretativas propostas por hermeneutas no STF, quando essa Corte, exercendo o controle concentrado de constitucionalidade da LC 135/2010, apreciou a validade da referida lei, por suposta afronta aos Princípios da Proporcionalidade e Razoabilidade. Para tanto, partimos do exame das ADC’s 29 e 30 e da ADI 4.578, mobilizando postulados teóricos da Análise de Discurso.
