Atendimento educacional hospitalar e domiciliar: uma pesquisa-ação

Resumo: | Hospital classes and home educational services are an area of education, linked to special education, established to provide educational services to students who are unable to attend school for health reasons. The teachers of hospital class and home educational services are in the intersection of health and education and therefore are the ones who become ill due to work. This research aims to promote the health of the teachers and coordinating team of NAEH confronting the problems of the hospital and home educational services. Therefore, was accomplished a mapping of the legal bases and of the main public policies of inclusion oriented to hospital and home educational services and a study on the health of teachers who work in this type of education. It was adopted as methodology the predominantly existential action research, since it is situations that cause suffering to the people involved, justifying actions to reframe and transform the reality experienced. As a theoretical framework was adopted the prospect of Dejours (2007), which uses as a health parameter the presence of pleasure and suffering at work. Although there was no verified illness between the research participants, from a psychopathological reference, a situation of suffering was found among the people involved because of difficulties encountered in educational visits involving cases of mental disorder. The search for solution was conducted by the collective researcher, following the very démarche of action research. Germana Da Silva LealAs classes hospitalares e o atendimento educacional domiciliar são uma área da educação, ligada à educação especial, criada para prestar atendimento educacional a alunos que estejam impossibilitados de frequentar a escola por motivos de saúde. Os professores de classe hospitalar e atendimento educacional domiciliar estão na interseção das áreas de saúde e educação e, portanto, são os que mais adoecem devido ao trabalho. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo promover a saúde da equipe coordenadora e das professoras do NAEH, visando ao enfrentamento dos problemas decorrentes do atendimento educacional hospitalar e domiciliar. Para tanto, foi realizado um mapeamento das bases legais e das principais políticas públicas de inclusão voltadas ao atendimento educacional hospitalar e domiciliar, e um estudo sobre a saúde dos professores que atuam nesta modalidade de ensino. Foi adotada, como metodologia, a pesquisa-ação predominantemente existencial, por se tratar de situações que causam sofrimento às pessoas envolvidas, justificando ações no sentido de ressignificar e transformar a realidade vivenciada. Como referencial teórico foi adotada a perspectiva de Dejours (2007), que utiliza como parâmetro de saúde a presença de prazer e sofrimento no trabalho. Embora não houvesse um quadro de adoecimento entre os sujeitos pesquisados, a partir de um referencial psicopatológico, foi encontrada uma situação de sofrimento entre as pessoas envolvidas devido a dificuldades encontradas nos atendimentos educacionais envolvendo casos de transtorno mental. A busca de solução foi conduzida pelo pesquisador coletivo, seguindo a démarche própria da pesquisa-ação.
