The Youth Parliament Program in City Chamber as a mechanism in the implementation of the new National Common Curricular Base

Resumo: | The Youth Parliament Program has the potential to create opportunities for democratic participation and contribute to the curriculum elements provided for in the Common National Curricular Base - BNCC. In a comparative way, two pedagogical experiences were analyzed on this Program carried out by two Municipalities. The objective was to draw parallels between these programs in order to illustrate their limits and possibilities, from the pedagogical point of view and of effectiveness in their formative potential for citizenship, participation and understanding of politics. The relationship with school life, understanding of citizenship and work and youth protagonism was highlighted from the interview with the current pedagogical leaders of each Program, providing the school institution with a support mechanism for the real construction of citizenship competences and skills politics and social participation. The political-pedagogical effectiveness of these programs can be greater with support from the City Chamber, institutional partnerships and understanding of the needs of students. |

De manera comparada, se analizaron dos experiencias pedagógicas sobre este Programa que llevan a cabo dos Municipios. El objetivo fue trazar paralelismos entre estos programas con el fin de ilustrar sus límites y posibilidades, desde el punto de vista pedagógico y de efectividad en su potencial formativo para la ciudadanía, participación y comprensión de la política. La relación con la vida escolar, la comprensión de la ciudadanía y el protagonismo laboral y juvenil se destacó a partir de la entrevista con los líderes pedagógicos actuales de cada Programa, brindando a la institución escolar un mecanismo de apoyo y apoyo para la construcción real de competencias y habilidades en ciudadanía, política y participación social. La efectividad político-pedagógica de estos programas puede ser mayor con el apoyo de la Cámara, las alianzas institucionales y la comprensión de las necesidades de los estudiantes.O Programa Parlamento Jovem tem potencial para criar oportunidades de participação democrática e contribuir com os elementos curriculares previstos na nova Base Nacional Comum Curricular - BNCC. De modo comparativo analisou-se duas experiências pedagógicas sobre este Programa executado por duas Câmaras Municipais. O objetivo foi traçar paralelos entre estes programas de modo a ilustrar seus limites e possibilidades, do ponto de vista pedagógico e de efetividade em seu potencial formativo para cidadania, participação e compreensão sobre política. Foi destacada a relação com a vida escolar, compreensão de cidadania e trabalho e protagonismo juvenil a partir de entrevistas realizadas com as responsáveis pedagógicas atuais de cada Programa. O programa agrega-se à instituição escolar como um mecanismo de apoio e suporte para a construção das competências e habilidades sobre cidadania, política e participação social.
