Managerialism in state public education in RJ and its effects on the youth of EJA

Resumo: Managerialism in education is the neoliberal expression implemented in the conduct and formulation of public policies in the last three decades. The aim of this article is to approach the managerial public policies applied in the state public network of Rio de Janeiro (RJ), having the juvenilization of EJA as one of its effects. With a bibliographical character and contributions of documents and open data, the research is anchored in the materialist-historical and dialectical perspective, with the objective of analyzing and overcoming what the phenomenon of juvenilization of EJA hides under its appearance. It is concluded that there is an intrinsic relationship between the demands of supranational education bodies and the public policies implemented by the State Department of Education of the state of Rio de Janeiro, which produces the juvenilization of EJA as an expression of strategies to promote age-grade distortion and obliterate possible impacts on school flow outcomes.

El objetivo de este artículo es acercarnos a las políticas públicas gerenciales aplicadas en la red pública estatal de Río de Janeiro (RJ), teniendo la juvenilización de EJA como uno de sus efectos. Con carácter bibliográfico y aportes de documentos y datos abiertos, la investigación se ancla en la perspectiva materialista-histórica y dialéctica, con el objetivo de analizar y superar lo que el fenómeno de juvenilización de EJA esconde bajo su apariencia. Se concluye que existe una relación intrínseca entre las demandas de los órganos educativos supranacionales y las políticas públicas implementadas por la Secretaría de Educación del Estado de Río de Janeiro, que produce la juvenilización de EJA como expresión de estrategias para promover la edad. distorsión de grado y eliminar posibles impactos en los resultados del flujo escolar.O gerencialismo na educação é a expressão neoliberal implementada na condução e formulação de políticas públicas, nas últimas três décadas. De caráter bibliográfico e com aportes de documentos e dados abertos, a pesquisa é ancorada na perspectiva materialista-histórica e dialética, com o objetivo de analisar e superar o que o fenômeno da juvenilização da EJA oculta sob sua aparência.
