Summary: The present work aims to analyze the interaction patterns, the depth of the discussions, the categories of speech and the forms of mediation of teachers / course participants in an online course of continuing education for Biology teachers. Quali-quantitative research followed 36 course participants and a mediator in two thematic forums. There was a dynamism in the speech shifts, between course participants and mediators, allowing patterns of interaction in addition to the triadic forms: Initiation, Response and Feedback (I-R-F) and Initiation, Response and Evaluation (I-R-E), typical in face-to-face interaction activities. Such patterns indicate good depth in the conversations and greater reflections for the construction of meanings. Thus, the mediator is not the center of discussions and the whole conversational dynamic is not restricted to a reactive model of interaction.

Investigación cuali-cuantitativo siguió a 36 participantes del curso y un mediador en dos foros temáticos del curso. Hubo un dinamismo en los cambios de discurso, entre los participantes del curso y los mediadores, permitiendo patrones de interacción además de las formas triádicas: Iniciación, Respuesta y Feedback (I-R-F) e Iniciación, Respuesta y Evaluación (I-R-E), típicas en actividades de interacción facial. Tales patrones indican buena profundidad en las conversaciones y mayores reflexiones para la construcción de significados. Por tanto, el mediador no es el centro de las discusiones y toda la dinámica conversacional no se restringe a un modelo reactivo de interacción.O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os padrões de interação, profundidade das discussões, categorias de fala e as formas de mediação de professores/cursistas em um curso online de formação continuada de professores de Biologia. A pesquisa de caráter quali-quantitativa, acompanhou 36 cursistas e um mediador em dois fóruns temáticos. Constatou-se um dinamismo nos turnos de fala, entre cursistas e mediadores, permitindo padrões de interação, além das formas tríadicas: Iniciação, Resposta e Feedback (I-R-F) e Iniciação, Resposta e Avaliação (I-R-A), típicas em atividades de interação presencial. Além disso, esses padrões indicam boa profundidade nas conversações e reflexões para a construção de significados.
