THE USE OF INSTAGRAM AS A TOOL FOR SCIENTIFIC DISSEMINATION: content analysis of the profile @cienciaejuventude

Resumo: The actions aimed at scientific dissemination are of paramount importance in a research, making science accessible and reach the most diverse types of audiences. This work aims to make a content analysis of the social network Instagram of the page: @cienciaejuventude, profile created by a research group of the Institutional Program of Scholarships for Scientific Initiation (Pibic), of the Federal Institute of Sergipe (IFS), Aracaju Campus. Regarding the empirical analyses, the data were collected through the analysis of the posts and the semi-structured interviews with the researchers. These data were analyzed according to the precepts of Bardin's Content Analysis (2011). Although the numbers reached are not expressive from the quantitative point of view, the page achieves the goal of making scientific dissemination in a light, accessible way, while it is informative and uses graphic and visual resources.

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de fazer uma análise de conteúdo da rede social Instagram da página: @cienciaejuventude, perfil criado por um grupo de pesquisa do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica (Pibic), do Instituto Federal de Sergipe (IFS), Campus Aracaju. Em relação às análises empíricas, os dados foram coletados por meio das análises das postagens e da entrevista semiestruturada com os pesquisadores. Esses dados foram analisados segundo os preceitos da Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (2011).
