Resumo: The idea of developing this text came up as a way to systematize, academically, the joys and concerns felt and lived by the graduate students who attended the Undergraduation Teaching Training, offered by GIZ/UFMG. These graduate students who prepare themselves, in their researches, to be university professors, aware of a lag in their technical training, as mediators of the educational process, see an opportunity in the Undergraduation Teaching Training to learn more about teaching and to share the anxieties incurred by the condition of being both a student and a teacher. The aim of this paper is to investigate the relations and meanings stablished by the students from the Undergraduation Teaching Training when experimenting, simultaneously, the student’s and teacher’s position.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the relations and meanings stablished by the students from the Undergraduation Teaching Training when experimenting, simultaneously, the student’s and teacher’s position.Este artigo aborda o resultado de uma investigação que tinha como objetivo analisar as relações e os significados estabelecidos pelos cursistas da Formação em Docência do Ensino Superior ao vivenciarem, simultaneamente, os ofícios discente e docente. As análises realizadas nessa investigação foram construídas a partir do material empírico selecionado das observações de algumas turmas do Curso de Formação em Docência do Ensino Superior e de dois questionários enviados por e-mail aos alunos que realizaram esse curso entre os anos de 2008 e 2013.
