Didatic game “Construbusiness the complex construction supply chain”: a learning tool in Civil Engineering

Resumo: The construction industry is one of the most important for Brazilian economy, whose macro sector is complex and covers many activities, named as Construbusiness. Being a subject that involves a wide and systemic knowledge of the various activities that composes a construction supply chain, it requires new ways to assist the learning of this knowledge. In this way, this paper aimed to verify the learning related to the construction supply chain by creating and implementing a didactic game, offering a playful alternative to assist in the transmission of the subject’s concepts. The methodology consisted of applying a game to students and professionals divided in groups. As a result, with the application of the produced game, it was verified that the groups showed similar views about the supply chain of construction. The participants reported that, during the game application, they needed to have a systemic view of the stages of the chain, expanding their knowledge.

Por ser uma área que envolve um conhecimento amplo e sistêmico das várias atividades da cadeia da construção, são necessários novos recursos que auxiliem na aprendizagem desses conhecimentos. Dessa forma, este trabalho teve como objetivo verificar o aprendizado relacionado à cadeia produtiva da construção pela criação e aplicação de um jogo didático, oferecendo uma alternativa lúdica para auxiliar na transmissão dos conceitos relacionados ao assunto. A metodologia consistiu na aplicação de um jogo a estudantes e profissionais, divididos em grupos. Como resultados, constatou-se que os grupos mostraram visões semelhantes quanto à cadeia produtiva da construção.
