Resumo: | Using rizobacteries capable of increasing plants' growth is one of the most valuable tools in agriculture in the last years, considering it's an attractive alternative to replace or at least decrease chemicals' use, which has been turning into a harmful option to the environment, even when used in smal quantities. Besides, chemicals also come up with a high assembled value when compared with biologic control ones. This study's purpose was to evaluate different doses effects using Bacillus subtilis (Rizolyptus) at seeds' germi native power, vitality and apparent specific mass parameters, also a thousand seeds mass and the culture efficiency. The experiment was carried in a commercial tilt area in the North of Mato Grosso, 2015/2016 harvest – Sinop, where usual productor's seeds, containing the bacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum, were treated with 30, 60 and 90 mls of Bacillus subtilis. At the experiment conditions, coinoculation of Bacillus subtilis were effective at seeds physiologic qualities, which presented higher growth power and vitality, as the best doses found to maximize seed's growth was 60 and 90 ml of Rizolyptus. Same reaction was observed to the specific seed's mass and a thousand seed's mass. However there was a significant productivity difference, this variant did not present statistic differences, possibly due to hydric stress suffered by the culture during the development. |
