INTERDISCIPLINARITY: CHARACTERISTICS AND POSSIBILITIES FOR PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY TEACHING

Resumo: This work seeks to list the number of articles published in some national journals that treat Physics and Chemistry in an interdisciplinary way. To further delimit the sample space, we limit ourselves to making notes only in relation to works focusing on Basic Education. The search was carried out from the word interdisciplinary in journals in the area of Science Education with Qualis/CAPES A1, A2, B1 and B2, between the years 2009 to 2019. The focus was on articles that addressed Physics and Chemistry in a way interdisciplinary as well as contributions from reading selected texts. The discussion will be made in light of the official education documents regarding interdisciplinarity. As a result, we can see that most of the papers dealing with Physics and Chemistry in an interdisciplinary way are concentrated in Higher Education, just as in the second five years it was possible to verify a substantial increase in the number of papers published in the journals analyzed. It was also possible to verify that the journals that contribute about 80% of all publications collected in our research are: Brazilian Journal of Science and Technology Teaching, Areté Journal/Amazonian Journal of Science Teaching and Brazilian Journal of Physics Teaching. Lastly, it alone has an impact of about half of the articles published for our analysis.

Para delimitar el espacio muestral, nos limitamos a tomar notas considerando únicamente los trabajos con enfoque en Educación Básica. La búsqueda se realizó con base en la palabra interdisciplinar en revistas del área de Educación Científica con Qualis/CAPES A1, A2, B1 y B2, entre los años 2009 y 2019. El foco estuvo en artículos que abordaran de alguna manera la Física y la Química interdisciplinario. La discusión se basa en los documentos oficiales de educación sobre interdisciplinariedad, así como en los aportes de la lectura de los textos seleccionados. Como resultado, pudimos constatar que la mayoría de los trabajos que abordan la Física y la Química de manera interdisciplinar se concentran en la Educación Superior, y en el segundo quinquenio se pudo constatar un incremento sustancial en la cantidad de trabajos publicados en las revistas analizadas. También se pudo comprobar que las revistas que aportan cerca del 80% de todas las publicaciones recopiladas en esta investigación son: Revista Brasileira de Ensino de Ciências e Tecnologia, Revista Areté/Revista Amazônica de Ensino de Ciências y Revista Brasileira de Ensino de Física, siendo ésta por último, responsable de agrupar la mitad de los artículos seleccionados para este análisis.Este trabalho busca elencar o quantitativo de artigos publicados em alguns periódicos nacionais que tratem a Física e a Química de maneira interdisciplinar. Para delimitar o espaço amostral, limitamo-nos a fazer apontamentos considerando somente os trabalhos com o enfoque no Ensino Básico. A busca foi realizada a partir da palavra interdisciplinar em periódicos da área de Ensino de Ciências com Qualis/CAPES A1, A2, B1 e B2, entre os anos de 2009 e 2019. O foco foram os artigos que abordavam a Física e Química de maneira interdisciplinar. A discussão tem como fundamento os documentos oficiais de educação a respeito da interdisciplinaridade, como também as contribuições provenientes da leitura dos textos selecionados. Como resultado, pudemos verificar que a maioria dos trabalhos que tratam da Física e Química de maneira interdisciplinar está concentrada no Ensino Superior, sendo que no segundo quinquênio foi possível verificar um aumento substancial na quantidade de trabalhos publicados nos periódicos analisados.
