TEACHING TRAINING TO WORK IN THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS: WAYS FOR THE RIGHT TO LEARN

Resumo: This research investigated the current scenario of teacher education for Youth and Adult Education in Brazil. In the first part, we present a descriptive analysis of the current legislation on the theme, contextualizing it as a modality of strategic relevance for Basic Education. Then, we discuss the importance and timeliness of guiding the training of teachers for Youth and Adult Education, in the light of the most recent ones norms established and based on theoretical concepts and perspectives of Arroyo (2006, 2017), Di Pierro (2006) e Freire (1996). Based on the development and analysis of empirical research, we verify the contexts and perspectives of teachers working at Youth and Adult Education, from a high school in a municipality in the state of Goiás. Lastly, the text is directed to, starting from the investigated analyzes and conceptions, conceive possible paths for the development of the modality in the country and the achievement of the expected objectives of such modality.

En la primera parte presentamos un análisis descriptivo de la actual legislación acerca del tema, haciendo una contextualización como modalidade de estratégica relevancia para la Educación Básica. Adelante, discutimos la importancia de orientar la formación de docentes para esta educación, a la luz de los normativos más recientes establecidos y desde los conceptos teóricos y perspectivas de Arroyo (2006, 2017), Di Pierro (2006) e Freire (1996). Embazados en el desarrollo y análisis de investigaciones empíricas, se verifican los contextos y perspectivas de los docentes que laboran en la educación de jóvenes y adultos, de una escuela de primaria y secundaria de un municipio del estado de Goiás. Finalmente, el texto está dirigido a, desde los análisis y concepciones investigados, reflexionar cuánto a posibles caminos para el desarrollo de la modalidad en el país y para el logro de los objetivos esperados para la educación de jóvenes y adultos.Neste trabalho investigou-se o atual cenário da formação docente para Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) no Brasil. Na primeira parte apresentamos uma análise descritiva da atual legislação sobre a EJA e sobre a formação inicial e continuada de professores, contextualizando a modalidade como de estratégica relevância para a Educação Básica, Em seguida, discutimos a importância e atualidade de pautar a formação de professores para a EJA, à luz das mais recentes normatizações instituídas e a partir das concepções e perspectivas teóricas de referência, como Arroyo (2006, 2017), Di Pierro (2006) e Freire (1996). A partir do desenvolvimento e análise de investigação empírica, verificamos os contextos e perspectivas de professores atuantes na EJA, de uma escola do Ensino Fundamental e Médio de um município do estado de Goiás. Por fim, o texto encaminha-se para, a partir das análises e concepções investigadas, refletir sobre possíveis caminhos para o desenvolvimento da EJA no país e o alcance dos objetivos esperados de tal modalidade.
