The geomorphological facts associated with systemic landscape studies help in the adequate use and territorial planning, especially in places of intensive land use, as is the case of the Brazilian Savanna. The River Plate Hydrographic Basin located in the Municipality of Jaciara-MT, is inserted in this problem. Moderation presents the agricultural activity as the main form of use and presents frequent erosions of the mechanical (gullet) and laminar type. Thus, the present work aims to carry out the mapping of relief forms on a scale of 1: 25,000, identify the geomorphic processes and as a result of fragilities. The mapping was performed with greater precision and speed using geotechnologies, high spatial resolution sensors, associated with field work to validate the mapped units. From the identified identification units, an integrated landscape analysis is determined, associating the lithological, pedological and land use components. The results present a detailed mapping of relief forms, the genesis and evolution of each mapped feature, and the relationship between land use and landscape conditions. Still, areas with high environmental fragility in the plateau sector, associated with neotectonics, lithological contact, among others. These factors demonstrated a strong morphodynamic action in plateau areas, generally not identified in low-detail mappings. This reinforces the need to update regional cartographic bases, as well as the importance of detailed geomorphological mapping.
