MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE IN SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS PUBLIC INTEREST (OSCIPs): A STUDY IN MICRO ENTITIES

Resumo: The difficulty in considering the public and the needs of the population gives rise to a third way called Third Sector, which is characteristic of nonprofit management. It is assumed that a good management in these entities contributes to minimize the social cost in the country. This article aims to investigate the process of performance management and results used by OSCIPs microcredit, headquartered in Santa Catarina. This research is justified initially by the relevant third sector gains in the current economic climate social world. It is further considered the fact in terms of the paucity of scientific research, focused on the management of OSCIPs. The research is characterized as descriptive, being conducted through surveys or survey and predominantly quantitative. The universe of research included 19 entities registered in AMCRED (Association of Microfinance Organizations of the State of Santa Catarina), and the analyzed sample was 13 respondents to the questionnaire sent by electronic means. The results were tabulated in spreadsheets, calculations being submitted to percentages, means, frequency and standard deviation. Following the data are presented in charts and tables accompanied by their respective analyzes. The results indicate that the management process is characterized by concern with legal compliance and mandatory disclosure. The set of characteristics identified demonstrates the need for implementation of new management tools that allow leveraging the decision-making process. Keywords: Third Sector. Microcredit. Management.Este trabajo tiene como objetivo investigar el proceso de gestión y los resultados de rendimiento utilizado por OSCIPs microcrédito , con sede en Santa Catarina. Esta investigación se justifica inicialmente por las ganancias del tercer sector relevantes dentro del contexto social y económico actual en el mundo . También consideramos que el hecho de la escasez en la investigación científica, centrado en la gestión de OSCIPs. La investigación se caracteriza por ser descriptiva, que se realizan a través de y predominantemente cualitativo.  La base de investigación compuesto por 19 entidades registradas en AMCRED (Asociación de Organizaciones de Microfinanzas del Estado de Santa Catarina), y la muestra analizada fue de 13 que respondieron al cuestionario enviado por medios electrónicos. Los resultados fueron tabulados en hojas de cálculo y sometidos a cálculos de porcentajes , media , desviación estándar y frecuencias. Siguiendo los datos se presentan en tablas y acompañados de sus tablas análisis. Los resultados indican que el proceso de gestión se caracteriza por la preocupación en el cumplimiento legal y la divulgación obligatoria . El conjunto de características identificadas demuestra la necesidad de la aplicación de nuevas herramientas de gestión que permitan la toma de decisiones de apalancamiento. Palabras clave: Tercer Sector . Gestión .O presente artigo tem por objetivo investigar o processo de gestão de desempenho e resultado utilizado pelas OSCIPs de microcrédito, com sede em Santa Catarina.  A presente pesquisa justifica-se, inicialmente, pela relevância que o terceiro setor ganha dentro do atual contexto econômico social no mundo. Considera-se ainda o fato da incipiência em termos de pesquisa científica, voltada para a gestão das OSCIPs. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva, sendo realizada por meio de levantamento ou survey e predominantemente quantitativa. O universo de pesquisa compreendeu 19 entidades cadastradas na AMCRED (Associação das Organizações de Microcrédito do Estado de Santa Catarina), sendo que a amostra analisada foi de 13 entidades que responderam ao questionário enviado por meio eletrônico. Os resultados foram tabulados em planilhas eletrônicas, sendo submetidos a cálculos percentuais, médias, frequência e desvio padrão. Na sequência os dados são apresentados em quadros e tabelas acompanhadas de suas respectivas análises. Os resultados permitem concluir que o processo de gestão é caracterizado pela preocupação no cumprimento legal e na evidenciação obrigatória. O conjunto de características identificadas demonstra a necessidade de uma aplicação de novos instrumentos de gestão que permitam alavancar o processo decisório.Palavras-chaves: Terceiro Setor.
