Resumo: Entrepreneurship is not as yet a science, although it is among the most researched and most published areas. It is known, however, that entrepreneurship is a cultural phenomenon, that is to say, it is the fruit of peoples habits, practices and values. Entrepreneuring is, above all, a mental attitude which combines the motivation and the capacity of an individual, either on his/her own or integrated within a team, to identify an opportunity and carry it out with the objective of producing a new value or a new economic result. Professional education currently seeks to adjust to the demands of the job market and to technological innovations, intending to offer the student body access to new technology and the adjustment of a certain set of abilities and competenc ies through the accumulation of knowledge, of scientific and technological knowledge, of know-how, of operational abilities or domains and know how to be, indispensable attitudes in decision- making. Given this, the main aim of this research was to investigate and identify, alongside former pupils on technical courses at Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori? (the Agricultural College in Camboriu, Santa Catarina), the educational needs concerning entrepreneurship which should be attended to in the elaboration of the curriculum grade for the Technical Courses at Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori?.It was also confirmed that the perception former entrepreneurial students have of entrepreneurship, strong points and weak points collected throughout the duration of the technical course they completed, as well as, if the Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori? could have provided better means for facilitating the act of entrepreneuring.The methodology used was research of a descriptive nature, with both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Questionnaires were applied to thirty-two former practicing entrepreneurs from various branches of business within the productive chain.During the data collection from the former entrepreneur students at the Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori? it was observed that there were educational needs concerning entrepreneurship and they could be encompassed in the curriculum grade of the technical courses at this institute.Most of the former entrepreneurial students were motivated by opportunities such as: relationships with family and friends, technical training, perception of local needs and encouragement from friends.The following are defined as the most important entrepreneurial characteristics for solving management problems: creativity, self-confidence, the ability and the capacity to adapt.Among the difficulties come across in the management of their business, what stands out the most is the lack of capital and lack of planning.Most of the former entrepreneur students insisted they had good entrepreneur vision. Careful planning of the program contents for the disciplines offered is noticeably indispensable.The conclusion of the study is that the insertion of the discipline of entrepreneurship in the curriculum of technical courses at the Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori? will be of great importance in the training of future technicians.

Sabe-se, por?m que empreendedorismo ? um fen?me no cultural, ou seja, ? fruto de h?bitos, pr?ticas e valores das pessoas. Empreender ?, acima de tudo, uma atitude mental que engloba a motiva??o e a capacidade de um indiv?duo, isolado ou integrado num organismo, para identificar uma oportunidade e para concretiz?-la com o objetivo de produzir um novo valor ou um resultado econ?mico. Atualmente a educa??o profissional procura se ajustar ?s demandas de um mercado de trabalho e das inova??es tecnol?gicas, a fim de proporcionar ao alunado acesso as novas tecnologias e o ajustamento de um determinado conjunto de habilidades e compet?ncias atrav?s da apreens?o do conhecimento, do saber cient?fico e tecnol?gico, do saber fazer, de habilidades ou dom?nios operacionais e do saber ser, atitudes indispens?veis nas decis?es. Assim, o objetivo principal desta pesquisa foi de investigar e identificar junto a alunos egressos dos cursos t?cnicos do Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori?, as necessidades educacionais sobre empreendedorismo que dever?o ser atendidas na elabora??o da grade curricular dos Cursos T?cnicos do Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori?. Verificou-se, ainda, a percep??o que os egressos empreendedores t?m sobre empreendedorismo, pontos fortes e pontos fracos agregados no decorrer do curso t?cnico por eles conclu?do, bem como, se o Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori? poderia ter fornecido melhores meios para facilitar o ato de empreender. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa de natureza descritiva, com an?lises quantitativas e qualitativas. Foram aplicados question?rios ? trinta e dois egressos empreendedores atuantes em v?rios ramos de neg?cios dentro da cadeia produtiva. Durante realiza??o das pesquisas com os egressos empreendedores do Col?gio Agr?cola de Cambori? observou-se que h? necessidades educacionais relativas ao empreendedorismo, e que podem ser abrangidas pelas grades curriculares dos cursos t?cnicos nesta institui??o. Os egressos empreendedores na sua maioria foram motivados por oportunidades como: relacionamentos com familiares, forma??o t?cnica, percep??o de necessidade local e por est?mulos de amigos. Definiram como caracter?stica empreendedora mais importante para solucionar os problemas de gest?o: a criatividade, a autoconfian?a, a habilidade e a capacidade de adapta??o. Das dificuldades encontradas na gest?o do seu neg?cio, teve como destaque a falta de capital e falta de planejamento. Na sua maioria os egressos empreendedores declaram em ter uma boa vis?o empreendedora. Percebe-se ser imprescind?vel que os conte?dos program?ticos das disciplinas sejam cuidadosamente planejados.
