Diversidade gen?tica entre acessos de feij?o-fava (Phaseolus lunatus L.) Mensurada via caracteres morfoagron?micos e marcadores ISSR

Resumo: | The lima bean (Phaseolus lunatus) has shown impressive economic results and great social importance within the context of family farming. The plants belong to the genus Phaseolus, family Fabaceae and feature a huge variety of shapes and sizes of seeds. Related to diversity studies are necessary, that they know better and more deeply species. In this way the research was to evaluate the genetic diversity present in 15 accessions of lima bean (Phaseolus lunatus), as well as knowing the productive potential of each of these. Analyzes were performed in a greenhouse and later in the field, were evaluated in all 34 variables, where analyzes were performed univariate and multivariate analysis, with the formation of dendrograms via UPGMA clustering method, scatter plots and correlation. For genotypic analysis 15 ISSR primers were used for the analysis of genetic diversity, finally a joint analysis of all data obtained throughout the work was performed. Initially assessed the seeds had high germination rates, ranging 87-100 %, plus a good germination rate with an average of 5.7 days. Important variables such as weight of a seed (PuS) and total weight of seeds (PTS) showed high heritability and genetic variability, with 94,4 and 2,4 and 80,8 and 1,2 respectively. Accessions 01, 08 and 12 were the most productive, with an equivalent to approximately 626, 565 and 548 g respectively production. Variables related to leaves and seeds were those that contributed most to the diversity found. Access 11 stood out as the most divergent in all phenotypic analyzes, also showing the most differentiated quality characteristics. ISSR markers generated a total of 128 bands. The access 01, 04, 05 and 11 were the most divergent genotypically , while on the analysis accesses 01, 11, 14 and 15 were the most divergent. In this study the variable grain production (PTS) showed a high correlation with the number of seeds (NuS) and number of pods (NuV) , while the value of crude protein were highly correlated with any of the variables . Accessions 01, 08 and 12 were the most productive, crossings are recommended between access 01 and any of the accesses cited, crosses between accessions 06, 09, and 12 may also be promising. |

As plantas pertencem ao g?nero Phaseolus, fam?lia Fabaceae e apresentam uma enorme variedade de formatos e tamanhos de sementes. Estudos relacionados ? diversidade se fazem necess?rios, para que se conhe?a melhor e de forma mais profunda a esp?cie. Desta maneira o trabalho de pesquisa teve por objetivo avaliar a diversidade gen?tica presente entre 15 acessos de feij?o-fava (Phaseolus lunatus), bem como conhecer o potencial produtivo de cada um destes. Foram feitas an?lises em casa de vegeta??o e posteriormente no campo, ao todo foram avaliados 34 vari?veis, de onde foram feitas an?lises uni e multivariadas, com a forma??o de dendrogramas via m?todo de agrupamento UPGMA, gr?ficos de dispers?o e correla??o. Para an?lise genot?pica foram utilizados 15 primers ISSR, para a an?lise de diversidade gen?tica, por fim foi realizada uma an?lise conjunta entre todos os dados obtidos ao longo do trabalho. Inicialmente as sementes avaliadas apresentaram altas taxas de germina??o, variando de 87 a 100%, al?m de uma boa velocidade de germina??o com m?dia de 5,7 dias. Vari?veis importantes como peso de uma semente (PuS) e peso total de sementes (PTS) apresentaram altos valores de herdabilidade e variabilidade gen?tica, sendo 94,4 e 2,4 e 80,8 e 1,2 respectivamente. Os acessos 01, 08 e 12 foram os mais produtivos, com uma produ??o equivalente a aproximadamente 626, 565 e 548 g respectivamente. Vari?veis relacionadas ?s folhas e as sementes foram as que mais contribu?ram para a diversidade encontrada. O acesso 11 destacou-se como o mais divergente em todas as an?lises fenot?picas, tamb?m mostrando as caracter?sticas qualitativas mais diferenciadas. Os marcadores ISSR geraram um total de 128 bandas. Os acessos 01, 04, 05 e 11 foram os mais divergentes genotipicamente, enquanto que na an?lise conjunta os acessos 01, 11, 14 e 15 foram os mais divergentes. Nesse estudo a vari?vel produ??o de gr?os (PTS) apresentou uma alta correla??o com o n?mero de sementes (NuS) e com n?mero de vagens (NuV), enquanto que o valor de prote?na bruta n?o apresentou correla??o alta com nenhuma das vari?veis analisadas.
