A potência da assessoria pedagógica ao docente: um relato de experiência sobre uma itinerância no curso de Odontologia

The Pedagogical Advice is an important nucleus at the University to provide and signal to teachers about the need for continuing qualification. Established at University since 2020, the Pedagogical Advice to University Professors (APDU), which is linked to the Pro-rectory of Undergraduate Teaching (PROGRAD), proposes an itinerancy project, whose aim is to dedicate efforts and activities in a Teaching Unit, with actions aimed at teaching needs. In this work, the focus will be the report of the experience in the itinerancy lived in the Faculty of Dentistry, whose actions included personalized attention to the teaching needs and continued qualification, through lives and workshops on didacticpedagogical issues. In this sense, after a conversation with the community about work, trying to sensitize them to action, we sought to identify the issues that most incite questions about teaching practice, through a diagnostic survey (questionnaire application). From the results, the modes of interaction and dates for the actions of the APDU were defined. After the activities, the participating professors offered a feedback to the team, in order to provide further adjustments and provide parameters of positive and negative aspects about the actions developed.
