Resumo: This article aimed to evaluate the Pharmaceutical Assistance in a municipality of the state of Sergipe from indicators in five Family Health Units. The study consisted of a prospective, descriptive, observational study from June 2016 to October 2016, using the indicators of assistance structure, process and outcome, adapted from the literature. All five Health Units present pharmacy, however, none of them presents an exclusive pharmacist to develop the activities of the Pharmaceutical Assistance. Regarding Good Stockkeeping Practices, 84.21% of the items were observed and in relation to the process, 100% of the units do not have inventory control. For the drugs available to the population, 62.5% of the drugs considered markers were available. When evaluating the Pharmacy Assistance of the municipality, it is necessary to invest in human and physical resources to make it more efficient.

O trabalho consistiu de um estudo prospectivo, descritivo, observacional no período junho de 2016 a outubro de 2016, utilizando os indicadores de Assistência estrutura, processo e resultado, adaptados da literatura. Todas as cinco Unidades de Saúde, apresentam farmácia, contudo, nenhuma delas apresenta farmacêutico exclusivo para desenvolver as atividades da Assistência Farmacêutica. No que se diz respeito às Boas Práticas de Estocagem, 84,21% dos itens foram observados e em relação ao processo, 100% das unidades não possuem controle de estoque. No tocante aos medicamentos disponíveis para a população, 62,5% dos medicamentos considerados marcadores estavam disponíveis.
