Objective: To characterize the profile of the occurrences of Sergipe’s Emergency Mobile Care Service in Aracaju. Method: Probabilistic sampling for convenience of quantitative approach, being a descriptive, observational and retrospective study, from March to December of 2017. Results: The average of age was 45.6 years; The group over 60 years represented 50.5% of social operations, being the main cause of service attendance, with 45.1%; 60.6% of the users were male; in 73.3% of cases, the Basic Support Unit was used; The most frequent final destination was the Emergency Hospital of Sergipe accounting for 25.5% of the cases. Conclusion: Clinical causes were more prevalent, especially in the range of over 60 years, tending to be more frequent due to the increase in the number of elderly people in Brazil. However, in general, the occurrences usually have less complexity, requiring only basic support.
