In the process of teaching and learning, so that students get a better yield, it is necessary that during the lessons, they interact with the teacher and also with each other, on the subject given in the classroom. It is through this interaction that teachers may receive a better return on the understanding of the students in a particular subject. At the same time, students can also receive feedback from teachers on their performance on certain tasks and activities. In order to improve the participation of students in the classroom, some countries adopt a technological feature known as Personal Response System. Although not a new feature, there are few initiatives in Brazil, often limited to small groups in post-graduate courses in the South and Southeast. This low adoption is due to two main factors. The first is the lack of knowledge of this interaction approach by teachers. The second is the lack of a simple mechanism for the implementation of this feature. This work presents the design and the construction of a Response Personnel System, which aims to help improve the interactivity between teachers and students, and serve as a platform to spread this practice in the teaching environment in Brazil.
