Uma análise da produção de vassouras sob à luz da ergonomia física

Resumo: This research aims to present the results of an ergonomic analysis focused on the physical conditions of broom production operations. The study was conducted in a company located in the city of Nossa Senhora do Socorro, in Sergipe. Ergonomic risks were evaluated, and solutions were proposed to improve the working conditions involving human beings and environmental conditions in the production process. The following methods were applied in the analysis: NR17 checklist, Corllet Diagram, and RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment). The NR 17 checklist was applied to improve working conditions, the Corlett Diagram assessed pain related to the operator's posture, and the RULA method analyzed posture, strength, and muscular action. As a result of the ergonomic analysis, recommendations were presented to improve worker safety, health, and productivity efficiency, such as the insertion of an adjustable chair with lumbar support, as well as alternating between standing and sitting positions to promote breaks and enhance blood circulation. The installation of fans and a window at the workstation is also suggested to improve thermal comfort. Additionally, practicing occupational gymnastics and adopting preventive machine maintenance, along with rubber pads for noise reduction, are recommended to preserve occupational health.

O estudo foi realizado em uma empresa instalada na cidade de Nossa Senhora do Socorro, em Sergipe. Foram avaliados os riscos ergonômicos e trazidas soluções para melhoria das condições de operações que envolvem o ser humano e as condições ambientais na produção. Os seguintes métodos foram aplicados na análise: checklist da NR17, Diagrama de Corllet e RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment). Aplicou-se o checklist da NR 17 para melhorar as condições de trabalho, o Diagrama de Corlett avaliou dores pela postura do operador e o método RULA analisou postura, força e ação muscular. Como resultados da análise ergonômica foram apresentadas recomendações para melhorar a segurança, saúde e eficiência produtiva dos trabalhadores, como a inserção de um banco ajustável e com apoio lombar, além da alternância entre posições em pé e sentado para promover pausas e melhorar a circulação sanguínea. A instalação de ventiladores e vitrô no posto de trabalho também é sugerida para melhorar o conforto térmico.
