Resumo: Enamel hypoplasia occurs due to organic matrix default during the enamel development. Minimal invasive procedure of slight altered enamel contributes to a higher tooth longevity and avoid the teeth repetitive restorative cycle. This paper aims to present the minimal invasive sequence technique for esthetic anterior resolution, showing a case report. Hypoplasic spots on incisal third of superior central incisors were treated with high concentration dental bleaching - tree bleaching sessions using 37% hydrogen peroxide -, microabrasion using phosphoric acid and pumice - two sessions - and resin infiltrant (Icon®, DMG) – one session-. The spot masking was effective associating those treatments, reestablishing the smile harmony. The depth spot, the most suitable diagnostic and treatment choice defines the clinical success.

Procedimentos minimamente invasivos do esmalte levemente alterado contribuem para maior longevidade do dente e evitam que recaia no ciclo restaurador repetitivo. O objetivo deste trabalho é, através de relato de caso clínico, demonstrar a técnica sequencial de procedimentos minimamente invasivos para resolução estética em dente anterior. Manchas hipoplásicas no terço incisal vestibular dos dentes 11 e 21 foram tratadas com clareamento de alta concentração - peróxido de hidrogênio 37%, 3 sessões-, microabrasão com ácido fosfórico e pedra-pomes - 2 sessões - e com o infiltrante resinoso (Icon®, DMG) - sessão única -. A eliminação/mascaramento das manchas foi efetiva com a associação dos tratamentos, restabelecendo a harmonia do sorriso.
