Resumo: The concern with environmental preservation together with economic growth is increasingly seeking the reuse of discarded materials in the construction industry as a source of raw material for new works. The recycling of discarded materials from the recovery or maintenance of highways can contribute to the economy and sustainability in road works. Besides, its reuse would collaborate in the reduction of the costs related to the transportation of raw materials and the decreased extraction of virgin materials from nature. Methods are being developed for the use of milled material originated from the removal of old claddings for application in new pavement layers, as shown in international literature Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP), which describes the application of milled material in structures of bases or sub-bases of pavements. In this way, the reuse of milled material from the maintenance of asphalt pavements is increasingly being the subject of research in the academic world, in search of its reuse. However, to be able to use that material in road works, a rational method of dosing mixtures, as the existing one for concretes, is necessary. In this way, this study aims to measure the influence of the amount of cement (percentage) and additions of quicklime (percentage), in a mixture of milled material with stone powder, evaluating their Void Index, Absorption and Specific Mass. Therefore, it is possible to obtain dosage parameters and to evaluate the influence of the relationship between voids and cementing material in the estimation of its resistance on the mixture of milled material and stone powder with different cement contents and also the addition of quicklime. The evaluations will be performed through laboratory tests: Tests for Characterizing (Particle Size Analysis, Extraction of Bitumen, Rice and Compaction), Unconfined Compressive Strength, Splitting Tensile Strength by Diametrical Compression, Flexural Tensile Strength and Resilient Modulus. All aforementioned trials also will be performed in the reference mixture composed of natural aggregates. The cement contents used in the study will be 4% and 5%, with quicklime added with its contents as 3% and 6%. The compaction of the specimens will be performed in standard, intermediate and modified energies, with the trials done in the 7th and 91st day curing period. Correlations will also be made between the mechanical properties with the characteristics of the mixtures through /% seeking to visualize resistances and modules for all studied mixtures. In this way, making it possible to apply the strokes in paving works, from the dosage of the cementitious material and its compaction.

A reciclagem de materiais descartados providos de recuperação ou manutenção de rodovias pode contribuir para uma economia e sustentabilidade em obras viárias. Além disso, sua reutilização colaboraria na diminuição de custos relativos ao transporte de matéria prima e diminuição da extração de materiais virgens da natureza. Métodos estão sendo desenvolvidos para a utilização do material fresado originado da retirada de revestimentos antigos para aplicação em novas camadas de pavimentos, como consta em literaturas internacionais Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP), a qual descreve a aplicação de material fresado em estruturas de bases ou sub-bases de pavimentos. Desse modo o reaproveitamento de material fresado oriundo de manutenção de pavimentos asfálticos vem cada vez mais sendo tema de pesquisas no mundo acadêmico, na busca de sua reutilização. Entretanto, para que seja possível a utilização de tal material em obras viárias, faz necessário um método racional de dosagem de misturas como o existente para concretos. Dessa maneira, este trabalho tem como objetivo determinar a influência da quantidade de cimento (percentual) e adições da cal (percentual). Em uma mistura de material fresado com pó de pedra, avaliando seus Índices de Vazios, Absorção e Massa Específica, para assim, ter parâmetros de dosagem e avaliar a influência das relações vazios/material cimentante na estimativa da sua resistência sobre a mistura de material fresado e pó de pedra com diferentes teores de cimento e adição da cal. As avaliações serão realizadas por meio de ensaios laboratoriais: Ensaios de Caracterização (Análise Granulométrica, Extração de Betume, Rice e Compactação), Resistência à Compressão Simples (RCS), Resistência à Tração por Compressão Diametral (RTCD), Resistência à Tração na Flexão (RTF), Módulo de Resiliência (MR). Serão realizados todos os ensaios supracitados na mistura de referência composta com agregado natural e nas misturas estabilizadas. Os teores de cimento utilizados serão de 4% e 5%, com adição da cal em teores 3% e 6%. A compactação dos corpos de prova será realizada na energia normal, intermediaria e modificada, sendo os ensaios realizados aos 7 e 91 dias de cura. Ainda serão realizadas correlações entre as propriedades mecânicas e as características das misturas através da relação /%que busquem prever as resistências e módulos para todas as misturas estudadas. Dessa forma, tornando possível a aplicação dos traços em obras de pavimentação, a partir da dosagem do material cimentante e sua compactação.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de TecnologiaPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia CivilUFSMBrasilEngenharia CivilAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessBase cimentadaFresado asfálticoEstabilização granulométrica e químicaPavimentaçãoResistências mecânicasMilled materialPercentageMechanical propertiesCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA CIVILAvaliação de parâmetros de resistência mecânica de material fresado estabilizado com cimento Portland, cal e rocha basáltica pulverizada para emprego em pavimentaçãoEvaluation of mechanical resistance parameters of milled material stabilized with Portland cement, quicklime and sprayed rock to be used in pavinginfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisCervo, Tatiana Cureauhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/8942097635550980Baroni, Magnoshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4977419778481897Santos, Adriana Goulart doshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5982563497509673http://lattes.cnpq.br/1921498258057227Rolim, Anderson Cristiano300100000003600600600600600f161d16f-7049-479d-8441-ec6e2ab011791e373ba1-e765-4abd-942b-415ab77fa33cb6403170-4bae-4196-bd8f-15520fd849fe2a86b7dd-ff6c-4760-bda6-a8e973a6bfcfreponame:Manancial - Repositório Digital da UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGEC_2020_ROLIM_ANDERSON.pdfDIS_PPGEC_2020_ROLIM_ANDERSON.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf17050040http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/22195/1/DIS_PPGEC_2020_ROLIM_ANDERSON.pdf0916cac09d5fcc21e5e0b037900c877cMD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
