Educational inclusion in Vocational Education in a Federal Institution in the State of Rondônia

Resumo: This research has as its theme educational inclusion in vocational education. The global movement for inclusive education demands that regular education institutions organize themselves to provide quality education for everyone, including people with disabilities, at all levels of education. In this way, the present research aimed to investigate the professional education offered to people with disabilities, in technical courses integrated to high school, in an Institution of Education, Science and Technology in the State of Rondônia, regarding the professionalizing training process, from the perception of the students. students with disabilities, teachers and coordinators. The research adopted a qualitative approach with a descriptive character. The data collection technique used was semi-structured interviews, carried out with five students, three professors and six coordinators, as well as documentary research in the main institutional documents that guide and regulate inclusion in the Institute. For data analysis, the procedures described by the content analysis technique were used. As a result, it was possible to identify that the perception of the research subjects, the learning of students with disabilities, despite occurring with some difficulties in the process, it is effective through institutional actions with varied efforts to strengthen the NAPNEs. However, there are also barriers and challenges for the implementation of quality teaching, such as methodological, communicational and, mainly, attitudinal barriers.

El movimiento global por la educación inclusiva exige que las instituciones de educación regular se organicen para brindar educación de calidad para todos, incluidas las personas con discapacidad, en todos los niveles educativos. De esta manera, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo investigar la educación profesional ofrecida a personas con discapacidad, en cursos técnicos integrados a la enseñanza media, en una Institución de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología del Estado de Rondônia, en lo que respecta al proceso de formación profesionalizadora, desde la percepción de los estudiantes: estudiantes con discapacidad, docentes y coordinadores. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cualitativo con carácter descriptivo. La técnica de recolección de datos utilizada fue la entrevista semiestructurada, realizada a cinco estudiantes, tres profesores y seis coordinadores, así como la investigación documental en los principales documentos institucionales que orientan y regulan la inclusión en el Instituto. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizaron los procedimientos descritos por la técnica de análisis de contenido. Como resultado, se pudo identificar que la percepción de los sujetos de investigación, el aprendizaje de los estudiantes con discapacidad, a pesar de presentarse con algunas dificultades en el proceso, se hace efectivo a través de acciones institucionales con variados esfuerzos para fortalecer los NAPNE. Sin embargo, también existen barreras y desafíos para la implementación de una enseñanza de calidad, como barreras metodológicas, comunicacionales y, principalmente, actitudinales.A presente pesquisa tem como tema a inclusão educacional no ensino profissionalizante. O movimento mundial para a educação inclusiva exige que as instituições de ensino regular se organizem para ofertar educação de qualidade para todos, incluindo as pessoas com deficiência, em todos os níveis de ensino. Desta forma, a presente pesquisa objetivou investigar o ensino profissional ofertado às pessoas com deficiência, nos cursos técnicos integrados ao ensino médio, em uma Instituição de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia no Estado de Rondônia, quanto ao processo formativo profissionalizante, a partir da percepção dos estudantes com deficiência, professores e coordenadores. A pesquisa adotou uma abordagem qualitativa de caráter descritivo. A técnica de coleta de dados utilizada foi a de entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas com cinco estudantes, três professores e seis coordenadores, bem como pesquisa documental nos principais documentos institucionais que orientam e normatizam a inclusão no Instituto. Para análise dos dados foram utilizados os procedimentos descritos pela técnica de análise de conteúdo. Como resultados foi possível identificar que a percepção dos sujeitos da pesquisa, a aprendizagem dos estudantes com deficiência, apesar de ocorrer com algumas dificuldades no processo, ela se efetiva por meio de ações institucionais com esforços variados para o fortalecimento dos NAPNEs.
