Resumo: Due to increased consumer awareness and government pressures on environmental issues, organizations are emphasizing the importance of sustainability in supply chain operations through the selection of green suppliers. This can be done through the adoption of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices. In view of this context, the objective of this study is to propose a systematic evaluation to selection of green suppliers for multicriteria decision making in a University Hospital located in the central region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. This study proposes a framework for evaluating green suppliers through the Shannon Entropy Method and selecting the supplier with the best overall performance through the Method to evaluate the performance of alternatives through similarity with the ideal solution, better known as TOPSIS, in conjunction with the Fuzzy Set Theory to deal with imprecision and uncertainty of responses. A Sensitivity Analysis was used at the end to test the robustness of the proposal. A sustainable contracting case for Retractable Safety Syringes (SRS) is presented as an illustration of the proposed framework. For this, seven environmental criteria were defined, based on the state of the art of sustainable operations management to evaluate three potential suppliers and select the alternative with better environmental performance. As for the data collection, three specialists in the area of supply chain management and procurement were interviewed in order to assign their classifications to criteria and suppliers. According to the findings of Shannon's Entropy, the ranking of the first criteria that should predominantly be taken into account in a context of sustainable contracting for this type of product are the Product packaging, Management commitment with the GSCM and Logistics practices reverse. The ranking of the suppliers obtained through the Fuzzy TOPSIS Method indicates that the A₂ supplier presented the best overall performance against the alternatives. Finally, twenty experiments of alternating the weights of the criteria were performed in the Sensitivity Analysis to test the stability of the decision making. The ranking of the alternatives remained the same as that obtained by the Fuzzy TOPSIS Method, indicating consistency in decision making.

Isso pode ser feito através da adoção de práticas de Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos Verdes (GSCM). Diante desse contexto, o objetivo desse estudo consiste em propor uma sistemática de avaliação para seleção de fornecedores verdes para tomada de decisão multicritério em um Hospital Universitário localizado na região central do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Este estudo propõe uma estrutura para avaliação de fornecedores verdes por meio do Método da Entropia de Shannon e a seleção do fornecedor com o melhor desempenho global através do Método para avaliar o desempenho de alternativas através de similaridade com a solução ideal, mais conhecido como TOPSIS, em conjunto com a Teoria dos Conjuntos Fuzzy para tratamento da imprecisão e incerteza das respostas. Uma Análise de Sensibilidade foi usada ao final para testar a robustez da proposta. Um caso de contratação sustentável para Seringas Retráteis de Segurança (SRS) é apresentado como forma de ilustração da sistemática proposta. Para isso, foram definidos, com base no estado da arte de gestão de operações sustentáveis, sete critérios ambientais para avaliar três potenciais fornecedores e selecionar a alternativa com melhor desempenho ambiental. Quanto à coleta dos dados, três especialistas na área de gestão da cadeia de suprimentos e compras foram entrevistados a fim de atribuir suas classificações aos critérios e aos fornecedores. De acordo com as descobertas da Entropia de Shannon, o ranking dos primeiros critérios que predominantemente devem ser levados em consideração em um contexto de contratação sustentável para esse tipo de produto, é a “Embalagem do produto”, “Compromisso dos gestores com a GSCM” e “Práticas de logística reversa”. O ranking dos fornecedores obtidos por meio do Método Fuzzy TOPSIS indica que o fornecedor A₂ foi o que apresentou o melhor desempenho global frente as alternativas. Por fim, vinte experimentos de alternação dos pesos dos critérios foram realizados pela Análise de Sensibilidade para testar a estabilidade da tomada de decisão. O ranking das alternativas se manteve igual ao obtido pelo Método Fuzzy TOPSIS, indicando consistência na tomada de decisão.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de TecnologiaPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia de ProduçãoUFSMBrasilEngenharia de ProduçãoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessGestão da cadeia de suprimentos verdesFornecedores verdesHospital universitárioEntropia de ShannonFuzzy TOPSISGreen supply chain managementGreen suppliersUniversity hospitalShannon entropyCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA DE PRODUCAOCadeia de suprimentos: avaliação para seleção de fornecedores verdes em um hospital universitárioSupply chain: evaluation for the selection of green suppliers in a university hospitalinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisGodoy, Leoni Pentiadohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/7499692835204617Ansuj, Angela Pellegrinhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4331195282444316Santos, Antônio Vanderlei doshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/8299603681137935http://lattes.cnpq.br/0418897010035482Santos, Bruno Miranda dos300800000005600789ffbac-1499-499a-83fa-2429e3a07b66cfa489e9-dbdf-4945-8992-da55937c4566dcaa2cb5-c14a-4970-b9ef-8a2260515a37e35c9a42-b209-46f6-a2fb-d040686ca08breponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGEP_2018_SANTOS_BRUNO.pdfDIS_PPGEP_2018_SANTOS_BRUNO.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf1609628http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/15034/1/DIS_PPGEP_2018_SANTOS_BRUNO.pdf0052c2fcb7a07f41cd631c503c712156MD51LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
