Resumo: Although little studied in the Brazilian territory, the lentil (Lens culinaris Medik.) can be an alternative of diversity in the source of income mainly of the small producer. In addition, the demand for food with less use of agrochemicals is increasing, so the use of bioproducts formulated through microorganisms present in the soil, especially in the rhizosphere of plants, can be seen as an alternative to agriculture. Fungi of the genus Trichoderma and bacteria of the genus Bacillus can stimulate the initial growth of plants and also promote the protection against possible infections in the roots. Therefore, the objective of the present work was to evaluate the application of isolated or combined bioproducts in the initial development of lentil seedlings. The first experiment was conducted in the laboratory and had as objective to verify the action of high doses, in the treatment of seeds, of bioproducts based on Trichoderma sp. and Bacillus sp., alone or in combination, on germination, initial development and mitotic index of lentil seedlings ten days after sowing. In the second greenhouse experiment, the objective was to evaluate the bio - product action based on Bacillus spp., Applied to the treatment of seeds in comparison to the application in the sowing furrow, in the emergence and initial development of root and aerial part of lentil seedlings at 15 and 30 days after sowing. Through the results obtained in the first experiment, high doses of the bioproducts based on Trichoderma sp. (10,0 g Majestic®) and Bacillus sp. (10,0 ml Rizos®), combined or not, negatively influence the germination and initial development of lentil seedlings. For the mitotic index, antiproliferative and proliferative action occurred in root tip cells, in relation to the control treatment. In the second experiment, it was observed that the application of the bioproduct formulated with Bacillus spp., Both in the seed treatment application and in the sowing furrow, effectively contributed to the initial development of root and fresh mass of lentil seedlings at 15 days after sowing. Therefore, through the results obtained in this work, we can conclude that the action of these microorganisms depends on many factors, such as the type of substrate, strain used, temperature, applied dose, among other essential aspects for good development and plant- microorganism interaction.

Therefore, through the results obtained in this work, we can conclude that the action of these microorganisms depends on many factors, such as the type of substrate, strain used, temperature, applied dose, among other essential aspects for good development and plant- microorganism interaction.Embora pouco estudada no território brasileiro, a lentilha (Lens culinaris Medik.) pode ser uma alternativa de diversidade na fonte de renda principalmente do pequeno produtor. Além disso, a procura por alimentos com menor uso de agrotóxicos está crescendo cada vez mais, assim, o uso de bioprodutos formulados através de microrganismos presentes no solo, em especial na rizosfera das plantas, pode ser visto como alternativa para a agricultura. Fungos do gênero Trichoderma e bactérias do gênero Bacillus podem estimular o crescimento inicial das plantas e também promover a proteção contra possíveis infecções nas raízes. Portanto, o objetivo do presente trabalho foi avaliar a aplicação de bioprodutos, isolados ou combinados, no desenvolvimento inicial de plântulas de lentilha. O primeiro experimento foi conduzido em laboratório e teve por objetivo verificar a ação de altas doses, no tratamento de sementes, de bioprodutos a base de Trichoderma sp. e Bacillus sp., isolados ou em combinação, na germinação, desenvolvimento inicial e índice mitótico de plântulas de lentilha dez dias após a semeadura. No segundo experimento, realizado em estufa, o objetivo foi avaliar a ação de bioproduto a base de Bacillus spp., aplicado no tratamento de sementes em comparação com a aplicação no sulco de semeadura, na emergência e no desenvolvimento inicial de raiz e parte aérea de plântulas de lentilha aos 15 e 30 dias após a semeadura. Através dos resultados obtidos no primeiro experimento, doses elevadas dos bioprodutos a base de Trichoderma sp. (10,0g de Majestic®) e Bacillus sp. (10,0ml de Rizos®), combinados ou não, influenciam negativamente a germinação e o desenvolvimento inicial de plântulas de lentilha. Para o índice mitótico ocorreu ação antiproliferativa e proliferativa em células de ponta de raízes, em relação ao tratamento controle. No segundo experimento foi observado que aplicação do bioproduto formulado a base de Bacillus spp., tanto na aplicação no tratamento de sementes quanto no sulco de semeadura, contribuiu de maneira efetiva no desenvolvimento inicial de raiz e massa fresca de plântulas de lentilha aos 15 dias após semeadura. Portanto, através dos resultados obtidos neste trabalho, podemos concluir que a ação desses microrganismos depende de muitos fatores, como o tipo de substrato, estirpe utilizada, temperatura, dose aplicada, entre outros aspectos essenciais para o bom desenvolvimento e interação planta-microrganismo.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências Naturais e ExatasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em AgrobiologiaUFSMBrasilBioquímicaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessLens culinaris.MicrorganismoInteração planta-microrganismoMicroorganismPlant-microorganism interactionCNPQ::CIENCIAS BIOLOGICAS::BIOQUIMICABioprodutos com Bacillus sp. e Trichoderma sp. no desenvolvimento inicial de lentilhaBioproducts with Bacillus sp. e Trichoderma sp. in the initial development of lentilhainfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisSilva, Antonio Carlos Ferreira dahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/9520096764579199Dornelles, Sylvio Henrique BidelXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXSanchotene, Danie MartiniXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/7934152822281789Medeiros, Letícia Barão20080000000260077392dde-7650-48ee-9d14-8343eae7f56ec617da25-8742-4aaa-9111-27a2510c7d8cd5f46eb0-6e88-4a8c-acd5-90c72fa0010d6cb49065-d830-45c3-8d8a-e0462f6893d7reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
