From practice to praxis of the pedagogical coordinator in the freirean perspective

Summary: This article aims to reflect on the concept of praxis, analysing how the pedagogical coordinator might convert his/her practice into praxis based on the perspective of the educator Paulo Freire and correlating with the studies and reflections of Marx and Vázquez, among others. The methodology is qualitative and bibliographic. The results show that praxis might not be limited to practice neither to an empty theory, instead, it consists of the indissoluble and dialectical union of theory-practice aimed at transformation, as the praxis of the coordinator in the school environment goes far beyond the pedagogical, it also involves social and political issues.

A metodologia é de caráter qualitativo e de cunho bibliográfico.
