Neste contexto, o crambe destaca-se por ser rico em triglicer?deos, e possuir caracter?sticas favor?veis como alta produtividade, baixos custos de produ??o e f?cil manejo. O crescimento da ?rea plantada tem gerado uma car?ncia sobre as exig?ncias nutricionais da cultura, o que incentiva a busca por novas metodologias de cultivo. Uma alternativa de fertiliza??o do solo promissora e ambientalmente correta ? utiliza??o de lodo nos substratos. O emprego de res?duos na agricultura, tem se destacado mundialmente por viabilizar a reciclagem de nutrientes e promover melhorias f?sicas e qu?micas no solo. Portanto o presente trabalho teve como objetivos avaliar a viabilidade da utiliza??o do lodo de esgoto e ecogessos (advindo dos res?duos do desmonte de bateria) na cultura do crambe e quantificar e caracterizar caracterizar o ?leo extra?do das sementes. O trabalho foi realizado no Instituto de Ci?ncias Agr?rias, da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, campus Montes Claros. Os experimentos foram instalados em delineamento estat?stico inteiramente casualizado, em esquema fatorial 5x2+2; sendo cinco doses de lodo de esgoto (0, 5, 10, 15 e 20 toneladas por hectare), dois ecogessos (calcitico 1 e dolomitico 2) e dois tratamentos adicionais (aduba??o convencional mais ecogesso 1 e aduba??o convencional mais ecogesso 2). Os dados foram submetidos a an?lise de regress?o e testes de m?dia atrav?s do software R. Para caracterizar os efeitos dos subprodutos sobre a cultura foram avaliadas as caracter?sticas biom?tricas, fenol?gicas, a produtividade de gr?os, e teor de ?leo nas sementes. Tamb?m foram analisados o ?ndice de acidez e o perfil cromatogr?fico do ?leo de crambe. Observou-se que para todas caracter?sticas relacionadas ao crescimento e desenvolvimento da oleaginosa as aduba??es com os lodos e ecogessos produziram resultados significativos se comparados a aduba??o convencional. As an?lises f?sico-qu?micas do ?leo indicaram que o ?ndice de acidez est? de acordo com dos padr?es indicados pela ANP e que o perfil cromatogr?fico n?o foi influenciado pela aduba??o alternativa, apresentando maior presen?a de ?cidos graxos monoinsaturados. In this context, crambe stands out for being rich in triglycerides, and has favorable characteristics such as high productivity, low production costs and easy handling. The growth of the planted area has generated a shortage on the nutritional requirements of the crop, which encourages the search for new cultivation methodologies. A promising and environmentally friendly soil fertilization alternative is the use of sludge in the substrates. The use of waste in agriculture, has stood out worldwide to enable the recycling of nutrients and promote physical and chemical improvements in the soil. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of using sewage sludge and eco-drains (resulting from battery disassembly residues) in the crambe culture and to quantify and characterize the oil extracted from the seeds. The work was carried out at the Institute of Agricultural Sciences of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Montes Claros campus. The experiments were installed in a completely randomized statistical design, in a 5x2 + 2 factorial scheme; five doses of sewage sludge (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 tons per hectare), two eco- gypsum (calcitic 1 and dolomitic 2) and two additional treatments (conventional fertilization plus eco- gypsum 1 and conventional fertilization plus eco- gypsum 2). The data were subjected to regression analysis and averaging tests using software R. To characterize the effects of by-products on the crop, biometric, phenological characteristics, grain yield, and oil content in the seeds were evaluated. The acidity index and the chromatographic profile of crambe oil were also analyzed. It was observed that for all characteristics related to the growth and development of the oilseed, fertilization with sludge and eco- gypsums produced significant results when compared to conventional fertilization. The physical-chemical analyzes of the oil indicated that the acidity index is in accordance with the standards indicated by the ANP and that the chromatographic profile was not influenced by the alternative fertilization, presenting a greater presence of monounsaturated fatty acids.
