Pedagogias antirracistas: tensões e possibilidades de caminhos em construção

Resumo: The research object was to study the implementation of anti-racist laws of nature by a public school elementary education. We tried to understand how the issue ethno-racial was implemented, inferring about the ways in which teachers of 4th and 5th grade elementary school included in their educational practices the teaching of African history, culture, african-Brazilian, African and education for ethnic-racial relations. From a qualitative approach, the research was developed in order to contribute to the mapping of ethno-racial, worrying about the organization of educational work. The paths traveled the trails of the literature from studies of race relations in Brazil, contextualizing the issue until the enactment of Law nº. 10.639/2003 and Resolution. nº. 1/2004. Therefore, the discussion on curriculum was appointed, to reflect on the inclusion of diversity in the national curriculum overview. Whereas the legislation of anti-racist nature is re-signified by the teachers who prepare tactics for effective educational practices around a subject, were envisioned studies on school culture and daily life to support research on the implementation of the ethno-racial debate. To achieve the research, the research used exploratory observation, documentary analysis and interviews, as techniques of collecting information relevant to the theme, using the technique of content analysis to transform them into data. About outcomes, the teachers participating in the research showed the development of tactics aimed at the implementation of anti-racist laws based on the use of the textbook of the discipline of History, coupled with the support of the figure of the educational supervisor. It was concluded that teachers reframe the issue from a look at the fight against racism and exploitation of blacks in society. Likewise, the work of educational supervisor proved of great importance, promoting the communication between the school and the Black Local.

Buscou-se compreender como a temática étnico-racial era implementada, inferindo sobre as formas pelas quais professoras do 4º e do 5º ano do ensino fundamental incluíam em suas práticas educativas o ensino da história da África, a cultura afro-brasileira, a africana e a educação para as relações étnico-raciais. A partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, a investigação foi desenvolvida com intuito de contribuir para o mapeamento da questão étnico-racial, preocupando-se com a organização do trabalho pedagógico. Os caminhos da literatura percorreram as trilhas dos estudos das relações raciais no Brasil, contextualizando o tema até a promulgação de Lei nº. 10.639/2003 e da Resolução nº. 1/2004. Por conseguinte, a discussão sobre currículo foi apontada, visando refletir sobre a inserção da diversidade no panorama curricular nacional. Considerando que a legislação de cunho antirracista é ressignificada pelas professoras que elaboram táticas para efetivar práticas educativas acerca de um assunto, foram vislumbrados os estudos sobre cultura escolar e cotidiano para respaldar a investigação a respeito da implementação do debate étnico-racial. Para concretizar a investigação, a pesquisa utilizou observação exploratória, análise documental e entrevistas, como técnicas de coleta das informações pertinentes ao tema proposto, utilizando a técnica de análise de conteúdo para transformá-las em dados. Acerca dos resultados, as professoras participantes da pesquisa evidenciaram a elaboração de táticas voltadas para a implementação da legislação antirracista com base no uso do livro didático da disciplina de história, associadas ao apoio da figura do supervisor pedagógico. Concluiu-se que as professoras ressignificam a temática a partir de um olhar para o combate ao racismo e a valorização do negro na sociedade.
