Neste sentido, o presente trabalho objetiva analisar a viabilidade do capitalismo socialmente responsável, que é um dos objetivos maiores dos direitos sociais, diante de dois fatos inquestionavelmente presentes no atual Direito trabalhista brasileiro, quais sejam: Dumping Social e Flexibilização dos direitos trabalhistas. Desta forma, apresenta-se o presente trabalho, pretendendo confrontar referidos institutos dentro do atual contexto econômico, analisando, a priori, a coerência e as consequências dos mesmos.Due to this field is related to market interests, the Labor Law has faced impasses market very frequent and complex caused by uncontrolled search for economic development in front of needs of the State to ensure the human being’s dignity to the laborer.
