Resumo: What conceptions of teaching emerge in the narratives of teachers who work in a hospital class? What school content is taught in this environment? What do teachers tell about their experiences with children and adolescents with chronic diseases? Such questions have been guiding our reflections in the search to understand nuances of pedagogical practices in a pediatric hospital environment. The autobiographical narratives of teachers give us concrete clues about teaching and learning in the hospital class, showing the need for a political and ethical positioning in the care of the hospitalized child, shared care among professionals, who want a quality care for the students in health treatment, opening expectations to understand the "health care networks" as instituting spaces of accompaniment as a place of dialogue and cooperation in school.

Tales cuestionamientos vienen guiando nuestras reflexiones en la búsqueda de desprender matices de las prácticas pedagógicas en ambiente hospitalario pediátrico. Las narrativas autobiográficas de profesoras nos dan pistas concretas sobre enseñar y aprender en la clase hospitalaria, mostrando la necesidad de un posicionamiento político y ético en la atención al niños y niñas hospitalizado. as, el cuidado compartido entre profesionales, que desean una atención de calidada los educandos en tratamiento de salud, abriendo expectativas para comprender las "redes de atención a la salud" como espacios instituyentes del acompañamiento como lugar de diálogo y cooperación en la escuelaQuelles conceptions d'enseignement émergent-elles dans les récits des enseignants qui travaillent dans des classes hospitalières ? Quels contenus scolaires sont-ils enseignés dans cet environnement ? Que racontent les enseignants à propos de leurs expériences avec des enfants et des adolescents atteints de maladies chroniques ? Ces questions guident nos réflexions dans nos recherches en éducation, dans le but de saisir les nuances des pratiques pédagogiques dans un environnement hospitalier pédiatrique. Les récits autobiographiques des enseignants nous donnent des indices concrets sur l'enseignement et l'apprentissage en classe hospitalière. Ils montrent la nécessité d'un positionnement politique et éthique dans la prise en charge de l'enfant hospitalisé, des soucis partagés entre professionnels qui veillent à des soins de qualité, ouvrant des attentes pour mieux comprendre les « réseaux de soins de santé », instituant des espaces d'accompagnement comme lieu de dialogue et de coopération à l'école.Quais concepções de ensino emergem nas narrativas de docentes que atuam em classe hospitalar?
