O primeiro capítulo compreende o estudo do instituto da imunidade tributária, partindo de seu conceito e classificação. Investiga também os pressupostos da imunidade tributária, suas relações com os direitos fundamentais e com os elementos estruturantes do Estado. O segundo capítulo aborda a evolução do livro no decorrer dos séculos, enfatizando as alterações em seu suporte físico e o conceito do bem cultural. Posteriormente, é explorado o contexto histórico da criação da imunidade tributária do livro. Essa imunidade será classificada e será trazida à tona a fundamentação que fez com que houvesse a sua criação. The first chapter contains the analysis of the tax immunity institute, starting from its concept and classification. Also studied in the first chapter, are the assumptions that led to the creation of tax immunities, their relations with fundamental rights and with the State’s structural elements. The second chapter brings the evolution of the book’s concept in the passing of the centuries, highlighting the alterations suffered by its physical support, and the cultural object’s concept. Afterwards, the analysis will go on to study the historical background of the book’s tax immunity, the classification of the institute and the reasons for its creation.
