Esse trabalho apresenta dois desses modelos. Primeiramente, o crowdfunding, um sistema de financiamento coletivo online com diversas modalidades de atuação que vem adquirindo grande importância, principalmente no levantamento de capital na formação de novas empresas e startups. São analisadas formas de regulação internacional, sua regulação e tributação no Brasil. O segundo modelo é o das criptomoedas, mais especificamente dos bitcoins, uma moeda virtual que nasceu com os objetivos de descentralizar o sistema monetário, facilitar e baratear custos em transações e que hoje sofre forte atividade especulativa. São analisados modelos de regulação dessa moeda virtual ao redor do mundo e no Brasil, como a Instrução nº 588 da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, que regula o equity crowdfunding; e o Projeto de Lei 2303/2015, que pretende regular o Bitcoin no Brasil. This study presents two of those models. First of them, the crowdfunding, a system with different kinds of action that is getting an important role in the fund raising for the creation of new companies and startups. Different kinds of international regulation are analyzed, as well as it’s regulation and taxation in Brazil. The second technological progress is the cryptocurrency, more specifically the Bitcoin, a kind of virtual currency that was created with the objective of decentralizing the currency system and to facilitate and make it cheaper to transact money between parts, being, nowadays, a great investment option. Regulation models of this type of currency are analyzed in this study. A Brazilian bill that intends to regulate Bitcoin known as PL 2303/2015 is presented and discussed. Besides that, some critics are made as to a possible “too harsh” kind of regulation that is common in Brazil and may be bad for the country in the cryptocurrency matter and its relation with the rest of the world.
