Quality and teaching efficiency in distance Postgraduate programs: a quantitative study in two mentions of master's degrees in education

The main objective of this study is to determine the level of student satisfaction with respect to teaching performance in distance postgraduate programs at the Miguel de Cervantes University, for which a satisfaction survey was applied during the development of the program. The survey was applied every year during the 2012-2015 period. It consists of 17 questions that assess the degree of student compliance with the service delivered by the online platform. Out of a universe of 58 students, 52 responded to the survey. The results obtained indicate a general agreement with the distance program and with the platform, which is evident in the level of satisfaction and positive response above 88%. Finally, it can be said that the questions referred to the Punctuality, have a 93.99% positive evaluation while the axis of the Quality of the delivered contents with an 87.9% satisfaction.
